The service and personal attention we received from the MLB team in Hauppauge was exceptional and beyond what we were expecting! Their knowledge of the local and national market and their commitment in finding us the best mortgage product helped us in our search for our dream home. This team actually cares about your monthly payments, and not just talk about the rate (albeit, got us the best rate around). We tried another lender before them, and the promises we got from the other lender were empty ones. What’s worse, the other deal cost us so much time and money—not to mention the emotional stress my wife and I went through. As a first time home owner I was extremely nervous. However, due to their professionalism and kindness I was less nervous and more excited than ever. Everything was explained to me step by step making it a smooth transition. Bonus! Not only is this office friendly, but they're diverse too. So if English is not your native language (such as myself) do not worry, they're equipped to help you no matter what and will go above and beyond.
