“My husband and I have been coming to this location for years. We have replaced all of our appliances with the help of the wonderful staff that work here. Most notably, we recently had a great experience with Gary who sold us our new refrigerator. Our refrigerator died on us and he was so helpful in getting us what we need in such a short amount of time. He understood our situation and helped us out big time! So grateful for the staff that work here. All of them are so friendly and so helpful. We won't go anywhere else!”

“I had a great bed for a number of years, that sadly died a very horrible and unexpected death. I went into Mattress Firm on Middle Country Rd and meet Frank. I told him my tale of woe and that I needed a bed ASAP and it needed to be firm because I had just spent a couple hundred bucks on a mattress topper that I was going to continue to use. I was also right upfront in telling him I what my price range was and within the hour I had exactly what I was looking for in the price range I was looking in. Frank, was professional, experienced and knowledgeable in his products. He listened to what my needs were and showed me only what was in my price range, and I can tell you I could not be happier! I had a good night sleep that night and ever since! I really appreciate Frank and the people he works with, I would certainly go back again. Thanks Frank and thank you Mattress Firm!”

“Peter was so helpful!! We went in to try out a bunch of mattresses. Last time we purchased one was during covid so we didn’t get to try a whole bunch in person. Peter guided us to try a bunch of different mattresses in our price range and we landed on a Beautyrest. We almost went with the Tempur-Pedic pro but the Beautyrest was very comfortable as well and came with a moveable frame.”

“You can only judge a company by what happens when things go wrong. Things went wrong for me. I ordered a mattress that was too high for my frame and bought the adjustable base (which just made it higher). In tv view mode I was less than 4 feet from my ceiling kind of mistake. Elisa at the store in Commack made everything right. She took our call AFTER HOURS on her cell that night! She arranged for the wrong mattress to be picked up and a new one delivered in about 48 hours. Both delivery crews were amazing and professional as well. I can not say enough good things about Elisa and company she represents. If you need a mattress make sure you ask for Elisa because if there is an issue she will get it fixed fast and the mattress I am now on, although much less comical, is AWESOME!”

“I purchased a bedroom set and living room couch as well as a recliner from the Medford location. I had an amazing salesman or owner (not sure as to the title of the man) help me without being intrusive as I shopped around. When I had a question he was very polite and very respectful. I got a great vibe from him as well as the store. PS. I purchased everything and it came as stated on time. Everything was perfect. I realized they sell the same kitchen table I have. Sadly one leg broke off the kitchen table (remember this was NOT purchased from them. This is an older table i already had). I went to the Medford location and asked if there was a way to order one leg and I pay them. Same gentleman that helped me said no problem. He orders me 4 Brand new legs and refused to take anything for it. Free. I insisted on paying something. He refused and said it was his pleasure. Where can you find service and professionalism like this anymore? This will be the place I order any furniture from for now on. And I implore anyone else definitely to shop here. “I have made my purchase about a year ago and wanted to wait before sharing the full experience.To start with, the store was very clean, well lit and had a comfortable feeling much like entering the showroom of a car dealership. I was approached by a salesperson fairly quickly and he immediately began with his questions of what I thought I wanted. I was escorted around the showroom and was allowed to sample many different types of mattresses and base options.I never felt pressured into a specific option or like in most cases a higher commissioned item. I was not rushed and the salesperson was very patient. He explained the differences in options, functions and price differences.At the end of the day, I made my selection and purchase and have been very happy so far. All except the price. These beds are definitely the Cadillac of beds so expect to pay more. Much more. I am still making payments however their finance was great and no interest for 5 years which, if I make the minimum payments, it will take that long. Hard to get a great nights sleep until that bill is paid off.”
“The assembly was a bit daunting as the directions contained zero wording. However if you follow the pictures closely it did indeed come together. We are thrilled with how beautiful it looks and we've gotten lots of compliments too.”

This is the place. Chairs have beautiful seat cushions too - waiting for next season now. Table is above and beyond and so is other purchases.”
