received boxes of flooring with many damaged pieces. called up location and was told to contact customer service. called them and they told me too bad. would never use this company again!!!!

Do not purchase any flooring at this store. Sales representative mislead me in purchasing more than I needed. They assured me they would take back any unopened boxes. Thos was untrue and I'm stuck with 80 square ft. I called there cooperate office and they said that they couldn't help me. Stay away from this cooperation and shop somewhere else

Chris at this store was spot on when helping us to pick out the flooring, making recommendations and following up with some minor details after the job was completed. Would recommend him/this store without question or hesitation. Floors look beautiful!

Staff at all the locations in suffolk are very well informed. The Medford location provided me with excellent ordering experience while Hauppauge and Riverhead went above and beyond my expectations with pick up. They have special pro pricing, have a huge selection and can basically get anything one needs for their flooring project in a short amount of time. For years I shopped at the big two big box stores but now I am switching my needs to this smaller flooring store chain based on the more personal experiences.

The company approved me getting vinyl floors. After that the floor began to shift and crack. They also made short cuts. After calling LL FLOORING CUSTOMER SERVICE for 3 months and complaining they formally denied my request for a refund or repair. They should have had their professional installer recommend different floors or carpet before taking the Job. They took the job and my money then left me with a broken floor and ran. BUYER BEWARE. After they installed the vinyl flooring they blamed the sub floor and kept my money. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Very satisfactory experience . Sales personnel helped me select the proper flooring for my needs. They had a vast selection of floors to choose from and the prices reasonable . I also used their installers. The crew was very neat and polite. They were very meticulous in their work. At the end of the job, they left the site neat and clean.. Many thanks to Chris the manager and his staff.

Great experience with LL Flooring. Brian and all his staff from start to finish were awesome! Chris in the Hauppauge store was so helpful as well. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants a new floor installed. Did I mention my place was done in 1 day!Great, great job!

Great staff and service. The store manager, Chris took the time to understand what we were looking for and explained the quotation and process in detail. A much better shopping experience than bigger stores.
