Jeff is amazing and so knowledgable at what he does, from start to finish he was always a text/phone call/ email away with any questions or concerns that we had. He made sure to explain everything and made sure we were on track. Jeff made the house buying process so smooth, we never had to think about anything mortgage related because he had it covered! We highly recommend Jeff to anyone!! We have already referred friends and family to Jeff that are in the market for a house.

As first time home buyers, my husband and I needed a broker who had the knowledge and dedication to answer all of our many, many questions, as well as the ability to educate us on the entire process. When we first met with Jeff, we sat with him as he broke down, step by step, what applying for a mortgage would be like. We told him the range in which we were willing to pay and he never once pressured us to go above it. He made the pre approval process quick and painless, and was always just a phone call or an email away. Once we found the house of our dreams, Jeff took care of all the leg work. He made sure we had all of the correct paperwork, crossed all our Ts and dotted all of our I’s. He truly went above and beyond and was always one step ahead. We had a few bumps in the road with the appraisal process (no one’s fault) but Jeff handled everything SO well and him and our agent worked together and really went to bat for us. We closed on our dream home September 4th 2024. We couldn’t be happier with Jeff and his services and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone looking to buy a home. It is a crazy market right now and having a trustworthy broker made all of the difference for us! Thank you so much Jeff !!

Jeff was a great help to us during the whole process. He was patient and more than willing to explain things multiple times when needed. He never rushed us or make us feel like we were bothering him. He would always take the time to talk to us on the phone as long as we needed and would give us a call back very quickly if needed. Jeff is great with working with people who have no previous experience in buying a home like us and we would recommend lighthouse mortgage to everyone.

We just used Jeff, AGAIN… because he’s so good at what he does! He makes you feel like you’re getting the best rate possible and takes the pressure off when purchasing a home. Both times he found mortgages with a signing credit that essentially paid for his service. Great guy - I’d count him as a friend in the home buying process.

I have been involved with a lot of housing transactions over the past 20 years. Once I started using Lighthouse I never had to shop around again. The personal service is unmatched. The quotes are accurate. The advise is priceless. I saved 20,000 on closing cost (due to credits) at my last transaction due to Lighthouses relationship with the Banks and Financial Institutions. Lighthouse has even acted as my agent to help coordinate inspections for some of my properties.
