“Our experience with Robert and his team was excellent. Robert is responsive and always connected with our project. It was wonderful working with his team in his warehouse and in our home. His wife assisted us in choosing the materials for our bathroom remodels, it was very helpful to have her experience guide us and make suggestions. His team took great care not to disrupt the rest of our home during their time working on our bathrooms, putting down sheets and covering their workspace to prevent dust from blowing everywhere. It made a huge difference since my husband and I both work at home. Also, we did not feel like we were living in a construction zone! The result is exactly as we hoped, the tile work is excellent (which from personal observation is rare), we are impressed with the materials used. Very happy to have found Robert and his team!”
“Absolutely love every class I have taken at the Mercantile with chef Chris! He's not only a great chef but he shares his knowledge in every class! I have taken many and keep going back anytime I get the chance! The kitchen is always clean and the staff is amazing as well!! I tell everyone to at least try one class and you will be hooked'”
“I wish I could give more stars! I started this process with a zoom meeting with Samantha whose ideas were amazing. I felt like she truly listened to what I wanted and used her knowledge of kitchen design to help me achieve a functional, beautiful kitchen with so many amazing details to make my life easier. The process was pretty flawless. The team was dynamite, respectful, cleaned up every day after themselves. They were personable and paid attention to every detail. Even my dogs loved them! They truly took pride in their work, and I really felt like they weren’t rushing, but wanted my kitchen to be the best it could be (and boy is it the best!). I really can’t say enough about Kitchen and Bath Design - I am beyond happy with our dream kitchen and will forever be grateful that I chose them to create this amazing space for our family. “Great store for tile installers. The toolSelection is decent, about 10 times better then HD. The thinset and installation products are great, everything from laticrete. Prices are cheapest around from any box store or tile shop”

“I came to the sayville location for the first time last week. Had Nicole as my cashier. When I returned home I noticed I lost my licence. Went crazy for days looking for it. Finally gave up hope on finding it. A week later I returned to your store to shop. Nicole comes running up to me saying I found your license! This grl needs a raise or a promotion. She went above and beyond to help Me and i think that is amazing!”
“Can't find a normal glassman anywhere in Nassau County. Needed to take a 25 minute ride. I have to say Baradzi glass did an outstanding job, ordered my glass with a simple phone call they cut it to the exact size and was able to pick it up a few days later.”
“We had Quality Custom Construction re do our bathroom a few months. The team was outstanding. Everyone was professional, on time, and maintained budget. The owner is transparent, flexible, and will go the extra mile for the customer. From the materials to the attention to detail really shows the high level of craftsmanship this team has. They explained each phase of the project during renovation and ask questions along the way to make sure the we were satisfied/ on the same page. I can certainly say, we are more then satisfied. I would highly recommend them for any project regardless of scale. They have helped me out with small projects from time to time. We are planning to continue to us them again for a future project.”
“The store is amazing they have the best of everything there. I ordered custom shower doors and the manufacturer made a mistake. Flora and décor normally won't take them back. The manufacturer was being very difficult and natalie, The front end manager helped me big time! She made a very difficult process extremely easy. She stood by me the whole way and ordered me the correct doors. Natalie is an asset to floor and decor to the point that I would make her a store manager for me tomorrow! I don't normally take the time to post a review but Natalie is worth more than I can thank her. This was the best store experience I have had anywhere ever. Thank you so much. Natalie, you deserve the best.When I bragain about flour and decor i'will make sure I mention it's because of you. Product is product, and floor and decor is awesome. Natalie is the reason I'm bragging though. She went way above and beyond I can't thank her enough!”

“Ten years ago we purchased our entire kitchen from Tricia Collins at Kitchen Depot and they did a great job. Now, the pullout door for the trash bin and drawer front above it were quite worn and dirty.I called Tricia and she said to bring them in. They gave me a new drawer front, and refinished the door, both at NO CHARGE!These people truly know how to keep all their customers happy! Thank you!”
