It's frustrating when brands dodge accountability. Wetbrush's “eco-friendly” line is just greenwashing. Only their cardboard-packaged items are sustainable, while others aren't. Even worse, they delete criticism on Instagram. Disappointing!

Don’t buy from them if you care about the planet! Their sustainability claims are misleading, another case of greenwashing. Don’t fall for it.

Eco-conscious folks beware: this place talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk. #GreenFacade #greenwashing

JB Beauty Group acquired the Ouidad brand of products. They are really driving that brand in the ground and it is very disappointing to see what they are doing with Ouidad that specialized in products for curly hair. I have been a long time customer of Ouidad for over 20 years. I started using the products when I lived in Manhattan and was going to the Ouidad salon. I have continued to use the products and then last year I tried a new conditioner that burned my scalp and caused hair loss. It was really awful! They have junked up the website as well and have now stopped selling the signature Deep Treatment conditioner in affordable sizes and now only sell in large salon size for $150 a bottle. The Deep Treatment product is the original hair product repairing conditioner that the original founder and owner named Ouidad developed for curly hair. As a long time customer I can see the decline of the brand. When I called Ouidad (at the NY Salon) to complain about it I was told that Ouidad no longer owned the company. Now that does makes more sense as JB Beauty Group is ruining the brand and driving it in the ground. They clearly don't understand the brand or the customers who use the products and are making the signature deep treatment unavailable to customers. After the hair and scalp burning incident with the new melt-down mask product (fittingly named) I totally stopped using Ouidad products for over a year. I recently ordered the hair styling gel and hairspray that I have used for years and when the shipment arrived it had been crammed in a tiny box and had no really wrapping of the products. None of the containers were wrapped or secure and the gel was all spilled in the box. This is not how Ouidad herself would operate her brand. It is so sad and disappointing to see what is happening to Ouidad.

The bad reviews are from a former salon. I went into J&D Beauty Supply to grab a few last minute things. The owner was in there and extremely nice and helpful. They have great prices and good quality..plus this is black owned!

Please do not order from this company. I returned an item for a refund. All of a sudden, I cannot contact them in any way. I’ve placed several calls, which always go to a voicemail. I’ve left several voicemails. I’ve also sent sent several emails. None of these have been returned. I am going Better Business Bureau.

Do NOT order from Bio Ionic's Website. I have contacted them several times already to get my refund back and I don't receive any answer. I returned my items a month ago like they asked and they haven't refunded me back my money, I am now disputing the charge with my bank! Their customer service is to NO available.
