my shipment was returned to me with a note that it exceeded the maximum weight. the package has been weighed twice in different places. of course it does not exceed the maximum weight. my customer did not receive their gift on time and my reputation as a seller is ruined. is it damaged equipment or a damaged employee?will not use this company again and will not recommend it to anyone

Haven't received an update in 3 days after paying 15.00$cad because it was the only shipping method available. Usps says they have made a shipping label and are waiting for the package still.

I ordered something from an online vendor (City Beauty) and they decided to use Globegistics to send me my package to Canada. That was a month ago and I still haven't received what I ordered. Not only that, the Tracking system is completely useless. After reading all of the negative reviews I seriously question the vendor and the transport company. What a rip off!!!!

Worst shipping experience ever. It's been over three weeks and my parcel has been bounced around Florida to Quebec back to Florida then Michigan and is now somewhere in Canada. The company I purchased from says it's out of their control as Globegistics had issues with their tracking. Items were not received in time for Christmas so we're disappointed and not left with much confidence as to when I will see my purchase delivered.

Terrible! I always ship with FedEx and they deliver my parcel in 3 days, always 3 days and this is coming from the USA to Canada. Well this one time I accidentally ship with Globegistics. It has been 3 weeks and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PARCEL. They couldnt even give me an estimate of when I'd get my package. All they could say is 4 to 15 days. Liars. Worst service. I will never use this company for anything ever again. Do not trust them!!

I used this service to ship the parcel from San Francisco US, to West Siberia, Tyumen, RUS. The parcel reached destination in 2 weeks. As for me it's good result, about same time I receive parcels from China.

Diabolical. Slow shipping. It took over a week for my item to be shipped out of New York. Have a guess what? Yes, you've gussed it...I still haven't got my item. Avoid, just awful I tell you.

Unbelievably bad at shipping their packages. It took them 3 days to ship to a facility that is 20 minutes away?? Globegistics is a 9 hour drive away from me so only God can wonder how long it's going to take to get here.

I haven't received my package, and its been almost 2 months since it updated tracking status, horrible. Reading other reviews saying the exact same thing brings my hopes down
