I had to print a few sheets of paper and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was in and out within 10 minutes.

Staff was not friendly, helpful, or knowledgable. Would not ship my package even though it was in a box, sealed with packaging tape, and correctly labelled. They made me pay $10 for one of THEIR cardboard boxes. Terrible experience. Cost me $15 to return a pair of boots, and that's why everyone shops at Amazon.

I find Fed Ex is going down the drain with their customer service. Had a cc on account that expired just because of age. Instead of notifying me to update, they deactivated my account without notifying me so that I went into a Fed Ex to ship something, I was told "oh you don't have any account we can use" Associate unable to take cc information to update the account wtf?? They don't have the capably to make this right in store?? Today, I go in with a drop off already boxed. The guy looks at it And says "what is this?" Is "none of your business" a good reply. After studying the address for 10 minutes, he realizes it's going to a PO Box. "We can't deliver to PO Boxes" That would've been nice to know 10 minutes ago. I find Fed Ex used to go the extra mile to try to service customers but no longer. And prices to ship are insane. Once they start taking out their tape measure, you know your in trouble. What a shame.

If I could I would give them negative review stars. They "attempted" to deliver an AC unit 3 times, ofcourse they didn't, left a note at the door, didn't ring the bell or knock. Left a note to come pick up at this location. My 66 old father with a hurt shoulder went to go pick up his AC, asked for help getting it to his car, and with a store full of employees not a single one offered to help. They gave him a trolley and told him no one is allowed to help. He got it on the trolley and when got to his car, after about 10 minutes and gentleman/ stranger walking to his own car helped him put the unit in his car. Humanity is dead at this location, shame on them for not a single employee helping.

Passport service was terrible. I ended up having to leave because none of the employees could help me with their advertised passport services, and I went to the post office instead.
