I met Todd through my Business/Networking group. From the very beginning of this processed he was there to not only advise me, but to make sure that I was on the right path to home ownership. Todd was completely transparent, so that I felt comfortable every step of the way. He was there to answer any questions I had 24/7. Not only is he extremely proficient at his craft, but he a phenomenal person. His caring and thoughtfulness definitely puts him above his competitors. He made me fell at ease throughout the entire process and as a first time home buyer, that's what really counts. He is there for you from the very beginning to the very end and then some. Not only would I recommend him but I will definitely use him again in the future. On a side note, I will miss our daily calls for I really got to know him and he is without a doubt "one in a million"!!!

As far as I'm concerned Josh Grafer is SUPERMAN!! Embrace Home Loan helped my husband and I get our dream home. We are older folks and the whole process could have been a nightmare, but Josh Grafer and his team helped us through each and every process with patience and Josh took my calls anytime i called or texted him. I am a worrier and he was comforting and put me at ease throughout the entire process. I probably drove him crazy, but you'd never know it, he was so kind and treated me like family.
