I received a brand new full length, pleated dress in the mail. Uknowingly, the side invisible zipper was broken. I needed to wear the dress the next day to a funeral. I brought the dress to them in the morning shortly after opening. The tailor replaced with a stronger invisible zipper and pressed it. I was charged $35. I thought it was high for a zipper change, but because it was done in several hours and ironed to perfection i didn't complain. The clerk at the front desk was helpful, pleasant and informative. They even let my husband pick up the dress for me without a ticket or ticket number.

I came in recently with a dress I needed taken in, it had some complex sections which made it very difficult to work on. I received the dress only two weeks before the event I needed it for and then immediately brought it in to be taken in. Even with the short time window, the gentleman had it done and beautifully taken in! Thank you so much!Services: Alterations

The people here are beyond disrespectful and rude and it is very hard to communicate with them. It was truly unbelievable. They do not treat you or your clothing kindly. They have ruined my pants which can never be reversed. If I can give this place a worse rating I would. Please never take your clothing here. Never coming back.Service: Alterations

I have been using DIT Cleaners for well over 10 years. I had my sweet 16 dress, three prom dresses, a wedding dress, and two bridesmaid dresses altered here and they look great and fit great every single time.Last Wednesday, I had tried on my bridesmaid dress for a wedding I had Saturday, I had gained a little bit of weight and it did not zip all the way. Another bridesmaid gave me her scrap material on Thursday when she picked up her dress. I brought the material in desperation for some kind of miracle that they would be able to add material into the back of my dress. On Friday, a little over 24 hours later, I picked up my dress and it was PERFECT! I felt confident and was blown away by how the addition in the back of the dress looked as though it had always been there. I felt confident and comfortable in my dress at the wedding.If you ever need anything altered, the tailor performs miracles!!!Service: Alterations
