First off let me start off with Steve is the definition of “if you love what you do you’ll never work a day in your life”. The motivation and personalized attention to every detail was one of the many reasons we were able to get our refinance done in less than 3 weeks. Steve and his team worked day and night to be sure there were no bumps in the process. Along with a job well done by Steve and his team I can honestly say we are in good hands for the long haul. I had a great experience with Coltrain and Thomas in particular! I was not very proficient in purchasing real estate however Tom was super friendly and helpful in leading me through the process quickly, efficiently and best of all I got approved! I highly recommend using Tom for any and all of your needs when it comes to finding your perfect place to call home! ?

Wow- Steve Gerstein was amazing to work with! We were interested in purchasing a home in California and did not know where to start. Steve was highly recommended through a friend and we were so glad he was the one we decided to work with. Though he is based in New York, he worked with us and walked us through every step of the process. He was communicative, prompt, and transparent. He walked us through all of the different loan options including a 2-1 buy down program and explained to us what everything meant. Can’t say enough about how easy and stress free our closing went.
