This is the only branch where you wait 25 minutes for a teller to acknowledge you are at the drive thru window. This is every time!!!!! Please hire a permanent drive thru teller!!! Shame on me for giving them a third chance … smh

This was my first time using this chase location and I was withdrawing money. I went to the drive-thru teller and when I requested a withdrawal the teller was confused why I didn't have a withdrawal slip, which I did not have access to since I was in the drive-thru. He provided me with a withdrawal slip and I was able to quickly provide that back to him. I was not asked whether I wanted to small or large bills for my withdrawal. After 25 minutes, my withdrawal was provided to me by a completely different teller with no envelope and the bills seemed like they came from the back of a draw all crumpled. The teller who provided me the withdrawal disappeared as soon as I received the money. I won't be returning to this location and have never had a poor experience with a chase drive-thru teller at any other location. If you are looking to use a drive-thru teller for a quick transaction than this is not the one.

Amazing service!! While depolyed in another Country, my son's accounts were locked due to suspisious activity. He did not have access to a Chase Branch where he was. I called a Chase close to where I work and spoke to Lisa about my son's situation. Thank you Lisa Roy for your all of your efforts to secure his accounts and regaining access to his funds in a matter of hours. You kept us informed step by step of the progress and put us at ease during the process. You truly cared and went above and beyond. We truly appreciate all you did. Your an asset to this branch and even though it is not close to where I live, I plan to patron this branch and you for all my future banking needs. FYI, we switched to Chase a few years back when a similar situation happened to me two times with another bank. Best move ever!

I visit today for a business with chase location out to this location. I meet a very professional gentleman his name was .Ryan Hickey .. I do run a lot of business and usually walk in to chase location since I am there customer. This man right here I feel the bank is only stand on his hard work and best customer service.

My family has been dealing with Chase since the late 70s. My mother worked at 1 Chase Plaza near the south street seaport. I guess it's become a family tradition.
