I seldom write reviews, but this company is HORRIBLE. I have used them for several years and the service has gone down to horrendous. My father needs his diabetic supplies, and he's still waiting after 3 phone calls, 3 emails and I'm at a loss now. They do not care. When I call, I have to spend extra time spelling out simple words/names as the 'operators' are OFF-SHORE and ENGLISH is not their native language. I found out today that they billed my dad for six sensors one month, so I'm calling Medicare to initiate and MEDICARE FRAUD & ABUSE CLAIM. UNACCEPTABLE. RUN ! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. i WILL BE TRANSFERRING MY DAD'S DME NEEDS TO A LOCAL COMPANY instead of this God awful NEW York company. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND DO NOT CARE.

If it were possible to give them a negative ten I would. Have been trying for two months and 12 phone calls to get my husband's diabetic supplies. I have been misled and lied to numerous times. Finally decided to find another supplier.

Horrible company!Please STAY AWAY from them!Yesterday I sent an email requesting information regarding breast pumps that they have available and covered by my insurance. After completing the forms, email said that someone would be in contact with me regarding eligibility.Few hours later I received an email telling me “thank you for your purchase”Someone at their facility took it upon themselves and ordered a RANDOM breast pump for me. Behind my back!I only get ONE covered by insurance.And then you call, to cancel the order THEY placed for you, they won’t cancel it.They just lying by telling you that order will be cancelled, but do absolutely nothing.I wish this place would be shut down!

I don’t recommend making business with them.. it take forever to answer ur calls.. or process the order.. they do t keep u with updates.. very careless.

If I could give them a "0" I would. I normally don't write reviews but I am compelled to do it to warn fellow diabetics of our experience. This Company has Horrible Customer Service. Our daughter is a type 1 diabetic, and she depends on the CGM to work with her pump. The insurance company we use allows only one-month orders. They are always late sending out at least 2 weeks. It takes multiple calls always them telling us that it will be shipping and never been sent promises they will call and they don't. This company we have been using for years and they are getting worse year over year. Previously they would be able to escalate to a Manager to get thing resolved. Now they have gone to overseas customer service that are unable to transfer you to a Manager they give a number that no one is there. It is a full-time job just to manage the orders they don't ship on time. We are researching to use another supplier that our insurance will allow us to use.

Unfortunately, we have to use this company. They really lack at customer service. Hopefully their service will ge better for the necessary needs of my family.

The current service is not as good as it used to be. I had difficulty using the website and sent a message asking for help but got none. Also, if you call you get a rep. that does not speak clear English. I am frustrated.

First I was sent the wrong supplies, and now I can’t get any supplies at all. I ordered a refill over a month ago. I’ve called every day for the last 2 weeks and I keep being told that my supplies shipped but there’s no tracking number and someone will call me soon. I have not been called back. I now have to purchase my supplies rather than get it through my insurance just because this company refuses to help me.

I’m not entirely sure if this company is legitimate so be VERY CAREFUL ordering from them. I sent an email requesting information regarding breast pumps that they have available that are covered under my insurance. After completing said email the website prompt stated someone would be in contact with me regarding eligibility. Four hours later and I receive an email telling me thank you for my purchase. Someone at their facility/call office took it upon themselves and ordered a random breast pump for me. I only get ONE covered by insurance. They won’t cancel my order after calling SIX times. It’s beyond upsetting to have to deal with this.

Please don't waste your valuable time on this company that has no concern for their customer's situation and, in some cases from mine and other reviewers experience, life. I would give them a 0 rating if possible. I have been trying for a month to get my insulin pump and CGM supplies. I am a type 1 diabetic, my daily insulin intake is a life sustaining necessity. My dr's office, myself, and even my insurance company have tried to get things situated and ordered to no avail. Every time I call, I get a call center that says they will take my message and someone will call me back in 60 minutes. I have tried to explain to the person of how many times I've been told that. They said they would expedite my message and I will receive a call back in 15 minutes. That was a joke. I even tried to ask for a manager or supervisor. They said they don't have one and the only thing they could do was to forward my message to the manager of a different department. Evidently the message didn't get forwarded, or that manager didn't care either, because I'm STILL waiting on a call back from doing that twice. GETTING MY LIFE SUSTAINING SUPPLIES SHOULD NOT BE THIS DIFFICULT!

Have been trying to get my transmitter shipped. For one month! Keep getting the run a round . Cs cannot get into my account. NO ONE can transfer a call to a manager or supervisor! No on can tell me why it has been one month without them shipping my transmitter. This company sucks!!!

The problem that I am having is the slowness on shipping products. I reorder when I am reminded to and every time for the past 6 months I will run out of supplies before I get them in. Which makes it hard to treat my diabetes.

Please don't waste your time with better living now and look for a place that understands the serious matter of their clients. I have been calling for 2 weeks and still have not received my proper supply yet and as much as I called no one has cared about me. The supplies I need is important. I can't function without it. Better living now should change it's name to business that cares about money and you need us. I now have no choice but to go to a hospital with gastric acid all over my abs because I don't have any ostomy supply. No apologies can beaccepted after what you put me through. Better living now has shown me that it is not trust worthy suppliers. So please find a place that won't put you through my experience. An apology would be a slap in my face. You can't say sorry and make the pain I had go through go away. I'm writing this to give you an idea of what I have been going through.

I placed an order for diabetic supplies with this company over a month ago. I have yet to receive the order or even an update on the order. I've tried calls and emails and still can't speak to anyone who can help with the order. After reading other reviews, it's obvious that many are having the same experience. I'm not sure how a company dealing with essential medical supplies can get away with such awful communication and customer service.
