Your team did an excellent job yesterday. The 3 man crew was efficient, hard working and professional.They handled the heavy pieces of furniture with care.In addition to doing a fine job, they were courteous and personable. The whole Bayshore moving team were amazing ! They made my move fantastic not even a scratch or a cracked glass. Dennis Montera and his associates were truly professional, even down to the moving personal were courteous and helpful.

Professional, on time, clean, and overall, I would NOT hesitate to recommend them! Moving is a very emotionally difficult process, and they make it easy. I was fortunate to have Jorge and his partner to pack breakables, and to come back to load the truck. I requested the same 2 men to transport everything from NY to Florida, and my request was honored.I have recommended Bayshore Hauppauge Atlas and friends have thanked me.Thank you, Robert and the staff!Sharon

This company deserves a minus review. They will quote you one price and when they pick up your things they will charge you double. They were also several days late to arrive with belongings. This company survives on scamming others. Use another company!contact the better business bureau if you get scammed by anyone!! Report these guys

Terrible company did a total bait and switch "d me a price of $2500 to move a one bedroom apartment When I got the bill it was $4800 with nothing but service charges and extras that they did not Mention during the long booking process Do not Use this company they will low blow you a price and your price on the final bill

I am very pleased with our experience with Bay Shore Moving & Storage. They moved my parents from Long Island to Boston. It was a difficult move, but the team of men headed by Marlin worked non-stop, were professional, courteous, and did a great job. We appreciated everyone’s good attitude and quality work. I highly recommend them.

RUN don't walk AWAY from this horrible business!! I moved cross country and it took over TWO MONTHS to get my belongings. Calls and emails went unanswered. It was blamed on COVID that they could not find a driver. When I FINALLY got my stuff TWO MONTHS later much was broken, packed poorly and items were missing. I have moved cross country several times and NEVER had such an AWFUL EXPERIENCE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE I DID!!!

I called 7 times and a supervisor did not call back. The owner replied to my first google review just now but no explanation for why they didn’t call back. Bad customer service.

I can only comment on my actual experience but from that I would say buyer beware. They low balled our quote and then jacked up several aspects once they had our items. They quoted $190 / hour labor the cost was $220, they quoted $400 / month for storage, but when we got the bill it was $440. The quote was also based on rooms and items which we moved ourselves (2 beds including box spring and mattresses, several dressers, an entire living room set of couch, loveseat, and lounger, and a few TVs. Lastly they do not prorate your storage so we moved out of storage on August 5th and they charged us the full $440 for the whole month without rendering any services after August 5th. I am currently seeking remedy through the courts.

Good on pick up. Horrible storage and delivery. We stored for 5 months. They had a price increase in between and charged the higher price on our credit card. Asked to speak to a supervisor twice and called her directly 5 times. We never received a call back. We disputed $300 with the credit card company and Bay Shore sent the higher bill to them to support it (not the original lower one). One desk was badly damaged and they scratched paint and wood floors. No resolution or compensation yet, moved in 7 weeks ago.

While the planning for the move went well the reality of it was awful. I placed goods into storage with them while I settled on a house. When they delivered my things to my new home many things were missing especially expensive things. I would not trust them ever again to do any move.
