Toxic work environment with oppressive expectations, poor support, referred as a body and a disregard for employee well-being, driven by unprofessional, money-hungry motives, making it an unbearable place to work. Half the staff want to be there and are good people, while the other half merely seeks a paycheck. Only good for experience.

Beware their fees for any and all services. For example, they charge $450 an hour — and they say it takes two hours — to reprogram your remote If you change from one TV provider to another, I have had a number of appointments with them for a variety of things, the guys are nice, but nothing ever goes smoothly and, of course, it always takes more time and costs more money, I am so sorry I ever did business with them and the problem is it is hard to walk away once you are a customer.

I don't understand why all these audio installation companies won't install speakers that I already own. Well I do they want to over charge me for speaker that they sell. Complete BS.

I met Neil over a conversation about his car around 1990! Over the next few years, he and Larry took time to get to know my desires and guided me to the perfect equipment for my budget at the time. If I ever move back to NY, I'll be sure to look them up again!
