am getting someone,s else mail on a regular bases have been here over 40 yrs and it still happens who ever sorts the mail at the post office isnt doing a very good job.

The worst. So many times a package goes through Syracuse to Hastings - then goes BACK to Syracuse only to come back to Hastings 2-3 days later. I'd take UPS or FedEx over USPS for parcels any day. Disappointing.

maybe the truck didn't get there on time but ive never had a pack lost from this place so they do great
