This is the only dry cleaner place in the village and they take advantages from customers. The service is terrible. I gave them three chances and every time they did a horrible job. The all stains remain the same, the cashier sweaters only were nicely folded but I didn't see any other signs that they undergo any cleaning process. On top of this they are pretty expensive. If this business wants to run they have to improve the quality.

I brought my wedding dress over to be dry cleaned in The middle of April and the receipt said it would be done by the end of April. I never received a phone call, so I went back in the middle of May and the dress was still not complete. They told me that they would call when the dress was done, but never did. Skip two months later to the middle of July, and I went back to see if the dress was done. The dress was complete and the dry cleaning was done well. However, the hanger that I sent it with was completely destroyed. The original price of the cleaning was $280 (which is overpriced, it wasn’t even the price with boxing) and they took off $30 for the damages to the sentimental hanger. I was not satisfied with their lack of communication, care, and price. I will not be going back to this dry cleaners.
