Not a good experience here. I appreciated being seen as a walk in for a gel manicure / pedicure, but the actual service itself was not good. The gel manicure and pedicure are both streaky and poorly done with polish on the skin and just overall messy.I asked the technician to fix a couple things and was met with attitude and just overall was not pleasant. You would never believe this gel mani/pedi was over $100. Absolutely not satisfied and should have just driven down the road to the nail salons in Dobbs Ferry instead. Lesson learned. Will not be back.

Pedicure felt rushed, well under stated time. Service has definitely slipped. Will not be going back anytime soon.

Been coming to columbus nails for a few years. Its always very clean and sanitary. The decor allows for a peaceful and serene feeling. Plus, they do a great job and are very friendly!

I have been going to Columbus for many years. They are very thorough and the salon is immaculate. All of the manicurists do a nice job and aim to please. I recommend this nail salon if you want your nails done right!!!Services: Foot massages

The first time I went to this nail salon it was an incredible experience. Sharon is amazing and did a regular manicure that lasted almost 10 days!!! Sharon took the time to let the nails dry in between layers of base/color/top coat. The second time I went in, the nail tech (not Sharon) rushed through color application and did not allow any drying time in-between coats. Therefore, my polish chipped the next day. When I called to explain, they offered a "redo". I went in today for my scheduled redo and was met by Sera who was extremely rude with a combative tone. She proceeded to tell me she didn't know what color I had and explained that regular manicures don't last, blah, blah, blah. She clearly didn't want to do the redo. It was a very unpleasant experience. I've been getting my nails done for 30 years, I know how it works. End result, I left with chipped nails, got my money back and won't return. Sad because Sharon is incredible and I was hoping this salon would work.

Had gel nails done few times at the columbus. Each time they were chipping within a week and totaly gone second week. Will not go there again. Place is clean and staff is welcoming, but products are low quality.
