The staff are friendly and accommodating. While true the parking is limited, there is ample parking right next store in the supermarket lot, a mere 100' walk to the bank, so I just shake my head by the number of entitled who are so lame.

Citibank Branch in Hastings on the Hudson, NY is one of the best branches , I have dealt with. I have used this branch for business and personal and the staff and branch manager, are very warm , friendly and most of all helpful. They are there to help with all of your banking needs and if you need financial help they connect you with the right department of Citibank to get all of your financial assistance in a timely manner. I highly recommend this branch and Citibank for all of your banking and financial needs.The tellers are above and beyond accommodating to all customers who walk in.Tell your friends to open a Bank account at this branch and be treated with the courtesy that all banks need to give their customers.Maria Corrales

We called the bank at 11:45am and queried whether there was a notary available they told us yes. We got to the bank at 12:00 pm and was told that there is just one person in front of us with the notary and it should be about 20 minutes before we are seen. We decided to wait with a 20 month old in hand we waited patiently. As we stood there waiting, the notary finishes with her client and exits her office, as she steps out the teller informs her that we are next and we have been waiting to see her. She then proceeds to the teller's station and starts to assist her with her client and then she takes that gentle man inside her office and proceeds to helping him with his problem. At no point in time did she acknowledge or address us at this time we had been waiting approximately 30-35 minutes for her. It is now 1:05 pm and we are still waiting to see her. This is the WORST customer service I have ever received and to think we have been with this bank for over 13 years. We will NEVER be coming back here. TAKE MY ADVICE IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE OF GOING TO ANOTHER CITIBANK LOCATION DO THAT.

Me, my wife and 1.5 year oldArrived here at noon today to have something notarized. We were told that the notary was in was with another customer and it will take about 20 minutes. We waited and another gentleman came him about 25 minutes later and was being taken care of by the teller. So issue came up with for the gentleman account with the teller. The notary finished with the first customer and came out to assist the gentleman. The teller told her that we were before and waiting, but she took him in with her and started working on his problem. No one acknowledged us again or apologized to us

the clerk who was latino with Spiky hair and glasses was taking his time having a long Conversation with a customer. Instead of making sure to do his job in a proper time frame, was working very Slowly and making jokes. Management was watching them and didn't do anything. very bad customer service and performance at work.

very bad customer service! because the stupid clerk was taking his sweet time while haveing a full blown Conversation with a customer he was attending. he literally created a line. Has no respect for people's time.

They have a local phone number, but no one ever answers it. It is forwarded to an automated system, even though I have a question only a human can answer. I'll call the local number one last time, if I post this review, you know I got forwarded one more time!

This is good bank with extremely nice staff. But the single handicapped parking space is in a very awkward place and very difficult to park in because it is very narrow and if you aren't flush against the curb (tough to do in such a small hilly lot) other cars have to be VERY careful not to hit you. Layout needs to be rethought.

Worst experience ever with Citibank well this branch, I mostly deal with the Pelham Manor branch great branch never had no issues and your problems extremely helpful. But this one right here on Hastings on the Hudson the worst to start off There is no parking at all secondly I'm having issues with my bank account because of an online transaction long story short I'm using my wife's account to deposit my checks, every others branch I go to no problems at all this one right here Did not want to deposit my check I asked for the manager there's no manager to be found. I will never ever in my life go to that branch Hastings on the Hudson ever again in my entire life. I wish I could give them zero stars

You are not going to believe this. I am handicapped with a placard and the parking lot at this bank is small and on a steep hill. Someone was in the handicap spot next to the entrance. Myself and an old man, who could barely walk, had to climb the steep hill. I noticed the car had no handicapped placard, but what REALLY shocked me was he was WASHING HIS CAR with a towel and soap and water! I went in and asked for the manager and she said "That's me". I told her what was going on and she said "I'll be out in awhile". I said "You have to come now or he'll be gone"! She didn't move. I went out and confronted the man he was belligerent with me saying "I am waiting for a guy in a wheelchair inside"! I went inside...no man in a wheelchair and I said "You can't park here, it's a MAJOR violation! And you're washing your CAR?" He said "I'm not washing it, I'm wiping it down". I cannot believe I did not have my iPhone to capture this, it would have gone viral! He drives off, no man in a wheelchair! Who's fault is this. The manager of the Hastings On Hudson bank for not responding to the handicapped customers. She should be fired. All I got was a 55-60 year old man in a white sedan NY plates (Orange) GLP 7965. It is the height of incredulity to have witnessed this! Citibank Hastings On Hudson cares NOT for the handicapped. People park in that spot ALL THE TIME and it is NEVER enforced! SHAME ON YOU!

Nice location of Citi in Hastings. Parking isn't so big but can fit around 10 cars. Staff is friendly and pretty efficient with clients. The place itself isn't so big, but it does what you want to do. ATM is to the right when you enter and to get it in non working hours you have to insert your card first. Sometimes it doesn't work right away so try 2 times. Or 10 times. Parking is usually available and free for customers, but I really don't like how taxi drivers abuse it. I wonder why Citi doesn't do anything about it.
