“I've always had efficient, pleasant interactions with the staff here. But one weekend evening when I came to use the ATM there was a customer there with her card stuck in the ATM and at that hour no staff to help her. Apparently this is a Citibank-wide problem. I'm told that the company that managed their ATMs went broke and the new company that runs the ATMs for Citibank hasn't got its act together. Not the fault of the nice people at this branch office.”
