Amazing shop! Used to be really close to our home but isn't anymore, but I still make the drive for them to inspect my car. They care so much about their customers. When I took my wife's car in and it couldn't be driven until days of work, they made sure I got home safe. Highly recommend!

Went to two places to get prices on front end work because of bad sounds.1-Cooper Automotive, Richfield Springs-$1,473.33 written estimate including tax2-Fly Creek Auto Repair, Hartwick, Rte 28-$324.66-made appointment-fixed todayI had it done at Fly Creek Auto, picked it up today and the problem is gone, fixed, quiet again.Fly Creek Auto has been and is my first choice because;1-Mgr Kevin-Always cheerful, super helpful, GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO EXCEED EXPECTATIONS, always takes car in on time, gets it fixed on time, and ALWAYS, at price agreed. NEVER UNEXPECTED ADDITIONAL WORK THAT IS NOT NEEDED ADDED ON!2-The shop and waiting room is always super clean, owners, Kevin, and staff are always clean and neat with attractive Fly Creek Auto shirts. First class appearance all around.(This place and staff is cleaner than some restaurants)3-Matt, one of the owners took car for a test ride 2 weeks ago, put it on the lift, diagnosed the problem correctly, ordered correct parts and did the job as promised on time.I have gone to Fly Creek Automotive for several years now and their service has been FIVE STAR, *****, each and every time.It is very important to me to only go to people I trust with my car, and to me this is the place.Thank you Kevin, Matt, and others there for having a well run, clean, HONEST, and friendly place.Your place is always very busy but somehow You all working together seem to always get it done when promised.Carl
