The men inside are truly amazing. The attention they gave to my son and the knowledge they shared so he could choose the right bat was priceless. Even though they were busy working on orders they made us feel welcome and important during our visit. I can't say enough good things about this place.

An absolute must see for any baseball fan. This was a real treat when we visited Cooperstown last week. My wife surprised me with this tour. Watching the bats being made and actually having the opportunity to dip a bat myself was super cool.Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Can not wait to go back again.We even had a bat engraved for us at their shop on Main St to commemorate our visit.

Visited here on Friday with my husband. We love it here. We chatted with a few of the people there. They are very knowledgeable and informative. It was nice too see how the bats were made.
