Stellar customer service from Shamel (spelling?) "Mel" I'm switching from tmobile and it was not a hard sell. Very thorough, logical and thoughtful employee who is an asset to the company.

If I could give 0 stars I would!
No help once they feel no more money can be bled from your pockets.
Despite upgrading to the highest plan, iPhone 15 model, and consistently running back and forth to the store, and confirming what was to be paid in the store at the time of pick up; I was told about an additional fee for the transfer of contents from the trade in to the new phone.
Oddly this “fee” was never mentioned previously. I felt super bamboozled as the manager, Christian tried to sell me this. He stated that the service fee was instituted in February 2024 . This information was initially stated by the rep whose name was not provided upon request, and who I originally said no, for him to just become dismissive and offering no compromise.
I find it unconscionable that a fee was required, which is a part of the “sale!” The rep and store got credit for the upgrades, the inventory for the phone. How do you fathom ,, advise that, it’s ok for me to “transfer the information myself?”
Help me make it make sense, if I wanted to do the transfer myself, i would had it “mailed to my house” after completing the process online!
This store was initially promising, but my experience today tops the cake for horrible customer service. Once I refused to pay the additional unwarranted fee, the rep and manager felt they could be dismissive since no additional money could be made.
This store is the WORST!

Verizon Mobile Services Nightmare On June 23, I switched my mobile carrier services to Verizon, enticed by a promised monthly fee that was never honored. For the first four months, I faced fluctuating and consistently higher bills than agreed upon at signup. Despite numerous complaints to consumer protection agencies and sharing my ordeal online, Verizon only began charging me a stable amount after persistent efforts. However, in January 24, when my wife traveled abroad, I explicitly informed Verizon of our desire to opt out of the International service. Despite this, we were still charged daily fees, requiring multiple calls to rectify. Despite keeping her phone in airplane mode and solely using Wi-Fi, the subsequent bill included unexpected international call charges. Frustrated, I opted to pay off our devices and switch to another carrier, only to be slapped with a staggering $4600 contract termination fee. After switching, attempts to access the final bill online were thwarted, with Verizon demanding over $5100, yet refusing to provide a detailed breakdown. Despite enduring nine months of overcharges, lies, and a lack of transparency, obtaining a transparent resolution from Verizon Wireless proved impossible, making it my worst consumer experience to date.

they made me feel so important. When I walked in Marcela and shamel met me and saw how unhappy I was, they made it their business to make sure i was happy when I left.

I had to give one star as it was the least possible. When this store was at the old location up the street we always found them knowledgeable and helpful. On today's visit they were uninterested in our business account which has been a loyal VERIZON customer for well over 20 years. No upgrades at this time despite the massive advertising they do. And, worst of all we discovered that since December of 2021 we've been paying for a line we didn't even have. It was supposedly removed at that time when we purchased a new I-pad. The representative there was not interested in helping in any way and left us alone after he called customer service for us. He then went up front to chat with four of his co-workers that were doing nothing. We had paid nearly $800 for this line since 12/21 and they all they were willing to give us $130. Are you kidding me!! Hours later we are still waiting for the call back. I guess it's on to more serious authorities to get our money back!!

Having been Verizon customers for over a decade, upgrade season has historically been fraught with issues. We initially came to this store to discuss our upgrading options, but thanks to Joseph and Tyrone, we ended up adding a line and getting 2 free upgrades-- something we have never done, especially on the spot, in the past. This store is extremely lucky to have Joseph, who was incredibly patient with us and talked through all of our options for over an hour. He is warm, personable, knoweldgable, and a wonderful representative for Verizon- the company should do whatever they can to keep him around.Tyrone was also very friendly and answered a few outstanding questions we had towards the end of our full day of plan changes. He is an asset to this store.We will definitely be back, all thanks to Joseph and Tyrone. Thank you, both!!

This should be -1,000,000,000,000.Getting a cell phone at that store was the worst experience in my life.Do not go near that place!Forget about the hours and hours you have to wait and the things that they don't give you that you need.When I got a new phone instead of transferring all my data, it disappeared, and I spent hours trying to get it back.I called Verizon itself which says that that store really has nothing to do with the real Verizon.No customer service to speak of.The manager is a dolt!If they could all stop admiring the dozens of tatts they display, they might be able to pay attention to their customers.They have made my life absolutely miserable as I have had to go in and change every single password and every single username.I also wound up with my insurance canceled.What a nightmare!

If I could give this store zero ratings I would. Was in there last night. Signed in. Waited over an hour and half and still was not seen. When I finally went to check the status my name was taken off the list. When I asked the man standing there he said we called you twice and then took you off. He never call me. I was actually sitting with the tech YON and he confirmed to me and the staff member they never called my name. Meanwhile while waiting signed up for fios with Yon. The man at the store said you can wait or leave. Don't care either way. Wow. Nice job Verizon and hiring people. yoN spoke to his friend for me and sent me to Yonkers store where we were helped. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TOTALLY JERKS WORKING THERE. GOOD JOB TO THE FEMALE MANAGER WHO HEARD ALL AND DID NOTHING

ZERO Stars. This store is running on pure incompetence. There's a reason for the one star reviews, because a zero star rating is not available. The store is run by a bunch of punks whom do not deserve anyones commission for purchases. Go to another Verizon store and give them your business. In the big picture it is Verizons fault for employing the manager(s) whom in turn employ the associates and 'manage' them. Shame on them for allowing this behavior and culture, but they are not there babysitting and condoning this type of operation 24/7.

there aren't enough black stars to write the incredibly negative review I have for the store and it's employees especially the manager. You're more interested in displaying their tattoos than they are, and helping their customers. They hang around in the back and leave you sitting for hours once you finally do get weighted on. They don't give you what you need like with the 15 which is entirely different and you can't recharge your battery with what you have at home. You don't get that with the phone and they don't tell you you need it, but that's the least of it. When they transferred all my information from iCloud, I don't know whose phone they were using but it certainly wasn't mine Everything was eliminated and I spent days trying to get all my information back. I got held from Verizon itself which wanted nothing to do with your store. It's really a shame that you can't get some decent people working in there. Young is fine, but young and stupid and lazy is dreadful. They take their Que from the manager, I call him fatty tatty because he was more interested in showing off all his tats that he was in running his store properly. It's a shame that people have such terrible experiences there and I have literally lost my voice. I've been on the phone so many hours trying to correct what was done. Whoever owns this store should be forced to spend a week there.
