I was asked if I wanted help and then was dismissed before I could finish my sentence. At least at Sephora they act like they care and have the color match machine. Came here twice and only one woman seemed actually nice enough to help and checked up on me. Shop online or go to Sephora instead. Lots of makeup out of stock as well.

Luana Araya did my hair and makeup. I love a more natural look which is hard to find someone to do for me with today’s bold trends but she hit it out of the park!!! She is very knowledgeable with matching your skin tone and finding the right look for you. She’s also quick. I got a full face of makeup and beautiful Hollywood waves in my hair within one hour! It also doesn’t hurt that she has a beautiful personality and is fun and easy to talk to while getting ready for my night out. Make sure to ask for Luana for hair and makeup! I’m so thrilled I found her and found a new place for hair and makeup, and also without breaking the bank!

Khadi from the salon department did such an amazing job on my sweethearts hair. She was professional, understanding, patient, and welcoming. Khadi takes the needed time to understand you and what needs to be done to achieve the look you desire. After the sessions she even goes the extra mile to walk you through the products you’ll need to maintain and keep your hair looking and feeling it’s absolute best. 5 star service will absolutely go to her always. Khadi, is an expert hairdresser! I have had my hair done at more expensive salons and the color and cut didn't even come close. I waited seven years to cut my hair and wanted a change. My request to her, was to make me look a bit younger and fresh ; while making my hair even after previously using box dye. Khadi made quick work of it and had me cut and styled in under 30 minutes after a thorough consult. She fully exceeded my expectations! I love how healthy my hair looks (even without full styling and worn naturally, per my request as pictured before and after below). She accounted for every detail, even the fact my hair dries with a wave and I struggle with frizz. Khadi was extremely personable, and even accommodated for my health concerns by quickly rescheduling my prior appointment, that I could not make as well as making sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. She even went the extra mile to assist me and my partner around the salon after my hair cut because I needed help to find appropriate hair products to maintain the vibrancy and health of my hair. I will 100% exclusively be going to Khadi moving forward for all my hair needs.A+++!!!

It is OKAY. The store doesn't really have e stock. I walked in while my friend was buying. I looked at each of the aisle INCASE I wanted to buy. And they were not as good as cross county in Yonkers. NO one asked for help. You barely had items. It just looked like a recovery stage store. I can say that the cashier was nice. That's about it. I'll try again in 2 weeks and update
