We got the Dodge back quickly and it’s running smooth. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Which stems from his automotive expertise and mechanic certifications. The owner also makes sure his automotive technicians have the correct experience and operate with integrity. Prior to Motorwerks Inc. we’ve shopped and vetted other automotive shops locally but, non of them were consistent with their appointment times, service deadlines and pricing structure. “I was stuck in Scarsdale when steam was coming out of the hood of my Jeep ?, and l am not from the area, l asked my phone about a repair shop near my location, and l was given few places, l called the first one, was answer machine, l called the second number, it was somebody who was yelling at someone, and asked me if l have cash?, then l called JC auto repairs, and Amy answered, and she asked me if l was OK, and if l needed to be towed, and l should check my insurance carrier if l qualified for roadside assistance, otherwise she will recommend someone, and l was connected with Mike, he was equally courteous, informing, and assuring. When l reached the place with my towed car, Mike told me to go to the office upstairs, and make myself comfortable, that’s when l met Amy, Papa John, the owner, who told me not to worry, and the car will be fixed, and it will be done the next day, and he told me how much it will cost, and actually drove me to the train station to go to NYC. I went back when John called to pick up the car, and everything was done and more. I am amazed how this family business is running efficiently, with customer services that do not exist with this industry. Kudos to you John, and all your family, and staff ??????”

My car was returned to me clean and perfectly repaired. Pro Auto Body was on the list of Geico approved repair shops, but I would take any vehicle that I owned to Angel and his shop.

“Very responsive and friendly service. I needed somebody to come look at my car at home in my driveway, and they sent somebody out as soon as I called. Price was very fair.When it was determined the car would need more service, they scheduled a tow at a time that was convenient for me later in the day. When the tow truck came, the driver was able to resolve my issue so that I could safely drive the car to the shop myself. Despite coming out in the snow, he decided not to charge me since I didn't need the tow after all. “About 5yrs ago, Mr Silva did some work on a car that I had. During that whole process, I asked him to powder coat my rims. He did, and they were great. I sold the car to my friend who lived in Florida. I saw that his rims stood up to the salt/sand and blasting sun heat. So when I bought my '24 Lexus, I drove my car to NY from S.Florida to have him powder coat the stock rims. Again a beautiful job. Yes, there is powder coat places in Florida, yet they wanted to hold my car 10 days along with a ridiculous high price. Tony does the work in 3 days with a very fair price. Mr.Silva, Tony, is a professional and and gentleman. I can't recommend this place more than I do. My ride home to Florida was great with my new rims. At each gas stop, I was constantly receiving compliments on my rims!! Thanks Silvas auto body!”

Within a few days they had ordered, painted, and installed a new front bumper on my Impreza perfectly! Recently I upgraded to a Ford Explorer with a cracked front fender flare - they glued the flare in place and temporarily taped it up for me within 10 minutes of me pulling into the shop without an appointment!
