These ppl are scammers , they deleted my review telling the truth about them, they are no different than Anthony Farrer(timepiecegentleman). They sold me a used, polished 5205r-011 as a new watch, which is a slider, when I sent it back to them, they tried to tell me I put those scratches on there after his employee Josh admitted in the text saying that it’s not a new watch. The owner Steven told me that now that he has my money he can tell me whatever. He made me kept the watch and played the waiting games with me. Don’t ever deal with these ppl.

There’s no other dealer that I will be buying from going forward. Had two of my watches serviced and exceeded my expectations on the result. Also purchased a beautiful datejust. Ricki and Linda went above and beyond. The selection,quality of inventory and beyond fair pricing makes this a destination if you have the appetite for timepieces.Cannot wait to buy my next!

Don’t ever deal with these ppl, they r not honest or professional. they will try to rip you off every way they can, they sold me a used polished watch as a new watch, when I called them out on it, they tried to make me keep the watch. And they sent me some old pictures with scratches on the watch which were there before they polished it, and trying to say that I did it. Because they have my money already, they made me wait, ignored my calls n text, and the guy that I dealt with, stop picking up my phone calls. They are manipulating and very bad for the watch business and the watch industry.

Everyone in the store is friendly and greets you right away. Jewelry pieces for sale are beautiful and clean but my real 5 star experience came from working with Greg . He’s honest, knowledgeable and will make sure you get the best and quickest service possible. Most importantly, he doesn’t rush you and helps you make the right decisions with your jewelry. They are clearly committed to customer service, and have exceeding my expectations in every way. I live in SC and purchased from them online. I worked with Josh to purchase my dream watch...a great quality pre-owned Cartier. Prices were very competitive and communication during the process was excellent. They were so responsive and helpful and shipment was overnight. The extra mile that blew me away came when I determined I needed an extra link. Josh mailed it overnight. When I couldn't find anyone in my town who could add the link, Monika provided the label I needed to send the watch back to them overnight, and they added the link and provided it back in my hands THE NEXT DAY. It's so inspiring to find a business that still places such high priority on exceptional service to their clients, even after the sale. If I'm ever in Hartsdale, I plan to stop by and shake their hands for doing it so right.

If you are in the market for a fine watch, Tarrytown Jewelers is the place you want to go. I have now bought two special watches from them, and in both cases, the watch was even better than described, the transaction was really fast, and I was treated very well in terms of trade-in, etc. the level of institutional knowledge that the staff and ownership at Tarrytown Jewelers display gives you confidence. Confidence you are buying exactly what you think, that you will be valued as a customer, and that you will be treated with fairness and respect. Trust me-this is who you want to deal with in the realm of higher-end watches.

I have used Greg and his staff at Tarrytown Jewelers in Hartsdale for Breitling Watch repair, Fine Jewelry repair and reconstruction, and Purchase of some gold. He is a very honest and reputable guy & he'll never try and run the hustle that I've seen jewelers in NYC do on countless occasions. Absolutely my favorite jeweler in New York, period.

The common essential atttributes one looks for are professionalism, knowledge, courtesy, empathy and hospitality. Tarrytown Jewelers, Ricki and her colleagues embody all of these qualities. In times such as these, it is heart warming to find a team and a staff at Tarrytown Jewelers that puts a premium on customer service. I felt welcomed from my first visit and the service and selection of fine time pieces is truly impressive. You need not travel to Manhattan to find a great jeweler with a great staff, just visit Tarrytown Jewelers.

This past week I had a great experience with Tarrytown Jewelers. Ricky was my point of contact and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Our conversations were informative and Ricky made me feel extremely comfortable in the purchase of a used GMT Master II for my son’s special event. I picked up the watch and was extremely pleased with the condition and how it was described. While there my brother purchased a new watch he had been on a waiting list for and was extremely pleased also.
