I have been working with Melissa Sarhane at Safavieh in Hartsdale for about 5 years now. Every time I need something new, she is my go-to person, and an invaluable resource...always deploying her amazing eye to help pick the "right" piece, the "right" fabric, the "right" finish. Sure, Safavieh is pricey -- but fine furniture, well-crafted is expensive. And so what you hope for is QUALITY. This what Safavieh offers -- spectacular quality across many many of the top makers. The two pieces I ordered look amazing! Delivered 3 weeks sooner than expected, and the delivery men were very efficient and professional in bringing in and assembling.

Store has beautiful furniture and salesperson was great, but our furniture took 7 months to arrive. Also, I had to make multiple calls to schedule delivery, kept receiving voicemail with no option to leave a message, full mailbox. Then after scheduling, I received 2 incorrect callbacks from the warehouse and delivery person. Overall, I'd shop here again but delivery procedure was a bit unorganized.

The worse l bought a console table almost 2 years ago l it miss the handle then and still waiting for the handle the table have already a demand because it miss that part never again buy in the Hartsdale store.

I have worked with Safavieh on furnishing a new home for several years and recommend them without hesitation for all your furniture needs. They carry a huge array of brands (on display at their huge showroom and also available via manufacturer catalogues), and their pricing is highly competitive. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and generous with their time, and they go above and beyond to make sure the experience is flawless, from purchase through to delivery, and after.Interior designer Natalie and store manager Alen have spent hours upon hours helping me with my selections and are quick to answer any questions via phone, email or in person. They've also been there after delivery has been made, quickly resolving any issues that arose (e.g., an item I decided to return, a manufacturer defect that needed to be addressed).Customer service representatives Joann at headquarters and Annette at the Hartsdale store have also been gracious and helpful. I can't say enough nice things about furniture deliverer Wagner. What a lovely and talented guy! There is no hallway too narrow or stairs too steep that he can't navigate around to get a piece in place.Thank you Safavieh!
