Do not book this place. Especially if you have a groomer named Marta. I would never let her touch my dog. Her attitude is disgusting and condescending. Every possible thing was a complaint from her as soon as I tried to check in for the appointment. She would rather shave your dog bald than try to be helpful in any possible way. Her lack of experience shows not only in her customer service but her technique as well. She continuously complained on how long a bath and haircut would take for my dog. Stating she will have to stay later if she has to in the most annoyed demeanor. She aggressively grabbed my 8 month dog’s paw to “prove” how long it would take to brush him. I continued to ask her if she would rather me reschedule the appointment and her responses were extremely negative and belittling. Thankfully there was another woman who was a bit more compassionate and actually trying to help us. Unfortunately my experience here was appalling after driving an hour to get there. Needless to say I will never return to this Petco again. Good luck if your bring your dog here. Proceed with caution.

Ordered a package deal for my cat vaccination. All I needed was a receipt printed out, the cashier said it will be emailed to me ( which it wasn't). Went back to the store 3 days later to get a print out, and the manager said they can't do it. Told Petco the reason and how important the receipt was and I still was denied. I'm very disappointed in the company and staff. Unfortunately, ill have to take my business elsewhere.

Couldn't be more disappointed. Pat was unruly and uncooperative when I simply needed a question answered. Being "busy" does not condone a poor attitude.

Let me just start with the fact I loved this petco. The crew there is amazing and helpful. They are kind. It was the perfect one stop shop for everything I needed to tend to my animals. I use to love going here. Now, I feel like I cannot, due to the manager, Patricia (Pat).
I had questions, and was hoping for answers. She did not believe me when I spoke. She cut me off multiple times or outright ignored me. She was demeaning and cruel in her responses.
I use to love shopping here. Now, I will be forced to shop somewhere else due to this manager.

I order a rain coat and pet food for same day delivery. i got an email that the rain coat and dog food were scheduled for delivery. the food was delivered but not the rain coat.I did not get ant notification why the rain coat was not delivered. I only discovered 2 says later by logging into my account that the rain coat order was cancelled with ZERO explanation why. THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
