I brought my Yorkie poo in and gave instructions on how I'd like her to be groomed. When I picked her up my jaw dropped she looked absolutely terrible.. she was shaved / which is uneven and her head and tail weren't touched l- I complained and paid a fraction of what was owed. I will never go back!

I took my poodle for a grooming appointment, I’m not sure if the salon tech was either VERY INEXPERIENCED or was just trying to speed through the appointment. My dog came out looking like she was a feral stray animal. Not only was she NOT shampooed, her nails were not clipped as well. I paid $93.00 plus tip to walk out of there mad as hell. I am embarrassed to even take my dog out in public and that’s not fair to her. Shame on you PETCO!!

Grooming is excellent. However, the network being down and charging us full price and a la cart was an issue. Manager refusing to speak to me was a problem. Trying to dismiss me was a problem. Took calling Corporate and refusing to leave until I spoke to management is when my concerns were addressed. Please note Management never came out to speak to me.

Met at the door, greeted by entire staff (with smiles) clerk went over everything with me and made sure they understood my dog, temprament etc, great service and attention

This is the scene every time I walk into this store. Empty shelves with partitions and racks blocking the empty shelves where the product I want to purchase is supposed to be. This store is always a mess and never properly stocked. Really aggravating because they are one of the places that stock the product I like. Get your act together.

Petsmart is a much better store. The people who work at petco are not trained well on customer service. The cat food is also not as high quality as petsmart. Also petco didn't have working bathrooms- I asked a woman manager if I could use the employee bathroom she wouldn't let me - and she was very rude and unprofessional about it which is the real problem. I will never step foot in that store again.

I would give them no stars. Me and my friend were picking up new tank for my fish and she fell in love with one of the geckos. After I bought the tank I brought it out to my car and while I was outside an employee decided to belittle my friend and refuse to sell her the gecko. My friend explained that she is well experienced in taking care of reptiles and has a family that is also experienced. The employee said she doesn't feel comfortable selling to her because of the three gallon tank I bought for my fish not gecko (my friend has a 10gallon tank for at home). I understand being vigilant on clients buying living animals and the proper living conditions. I just don't think they have the right to belittle people for suspicions they have when they are keep 15 geckos in a at the most a 7gallon tank. I think there care of animals should be the real question.

PETCO: Kaylee's grooming appt on Sun May 14 at 9:00 EDT has been canceled. Book at Petco.com/grooming or call the store at (914) 961-8287 to reschedule.I went in person bc their app left much to be desired after I booked and then after I confirmed in person the call the day before to cancel utter crap They deserve to shut down this unfortunately why small business are failing and chain stores !
