“On Friday I called Verizon wireless to transfer 1 number from 1 account to another the representative turned my phone off instead of. I was in tears bc not only did they shut my line off but 3 out of the 4 lines I use and none of my children were with me to get in contact with. A very patient and wonderful Verizon associate who is pretty new only been with the company 4 months called Verizon customer service on my behalf and over and hour later had my service restored I've had the number almost 25 years with Verizon. The whole team was empathetic and restored my faith in customer service Thank you .”

When the new staff tends to you they break down all the deal we qualify for and everything. They hooked me up with a free Apple Watch by just adding the line and set everything up for me. “Went to this Verizon location because I was having network issues with my smartphone’s SIM card. Rafelin was straight to the point and helped me get that fixed. My mother and I also inquired on upgrading so he introduced us to another staff member Muhammad who helped us get the best deal we were eligible for to upgrade to the latest iPhone and an even better plan than what we have and were paying for now. Overall, great customer service at a convenient location!”

He was very informative about what plans etc. would best meet my needs and I have to say that I am very happy with my spectrum services. Recently my grandmother shared with me that her cable service was too high, I asked her who she was with, and she said spectrum. I reached out to Derrick and asked him how they could help her, Derrick said send her down to the store. Long story short he saved her about $60 a month. Thank you, Derrick, for all your hard work.”
