Jesse is a great guy because he answered the questions I had about the couch, he gave me his opinion of which of the two couches he would get because one of them I favored and the other one I somewhat favored but not so much. He went through the paperwork with me and explained the moving process well. I'm satisfied and if I need to go look or buy another furniture I will go back to La Z Boy.”
