Dr Thayer and his staff are caring, attentive and friendly. I have an old cat (19 years) and Dr Thayer considers the whole cat in deciding how to treat her so that she is her best self. They also make sure I understand what is going on with her and that I can follow any instructions he gives me. We also board her and she is always happy to come and stay with them. Thank you

Have been brining my 2 babies here for the 3rd year ina row. Always reasonable wait, always can get a convenient appt ! And I’ve never had a problem with a vet or vet tech here.

We love Hartsdale Veterinary Hospital! They have been so kind and understanding with our French Bulldog Hugo. They are extremely responsive and really got to our know our dog over the past 3 years. We moved an hour away but kept them as our vet because they are so great with him and us!

I had a very scary emergency with my Siberian cat where he got a string from his outdoor safety vest strangled around his leg like a tourniquet and I could not cut it off with manicure scissors and my kitty was screaming. I raced him over and the vet techs Jessica and her crew were amazing and so nice and cut the string off no issue. My Giorgio loved their attention.

Staff is super friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn’t be more pleased!! Everyone is attentive and delightful. They are extremely accommodating and caring!Meagan has always been extremely comforting during Bella’s treatments. I forget the techs name but he always handles her with so much care and love. I know she is receiving the best care.They know you by name and treat you like family.
