“Hello,I’m writing this review as the man punching the boxing bags.You have accused me of degrading women, and then some how you attacked the clubs management, members and owners. This is not true. Let’s keep it simple. The manger did speak to me about the situation. This reprimand was not taken lightly . The women did not realize my workout was interrupted. So many times people have come and set up close to me while hitting the bags. I fear the bags may break and hurt someone. I have broken them before( through wear and tear ) My thoughts are to keep everyone safe. If it sounded a little aggressive and I looked intense. It was in no way to intimidate you. Sorry you took it that way. I thought you let it go. I have a very intense workout route of twice a day for several days. When the incident happened I was very frustrated that she didn’t even acknowledge me when I return from a break(my equipment was still present) . I was frustrated that I had to try and gain her attention to move away so she wouldn’t get hurt. We could have easily had a conversation and worked it out. You need to see my side.I have been very helpful to anyone in the club when ever they asked. This is community gym. I personally worry if I haven’t seen members for a while (whether you speak to me or not) and welcome your return. I look at this club as family ( a very big family) with lots to learn from each other.This is a great gym. The equipment is attended to quickly if broken. The gym is cleaned multiple times a day. And the trainers are very knowledgeable.The members are willing to help too. As well as management.You can feel safe and secure when working out here.Love this club!”

There isn’t enough stars or numbers to describe the wonderful staff at Anytime fitness in Ossining .. Nigel and Jessica are beyond personable . They engage and assist and address any and all needs for members .. They also keep the facility safe and clean at all times. The manager Chris is attentive and professional, not only with his staff but also with the members in addressing any and all concerns . The personal trainers Aaron and Lilly along with Nigel and Jess help their clients and members not only with the equipment , but also assist in helping members on their fitness journey .. I am a competitive bodybuilder and compete in the physique and figure division. The climate and atmosphere and equipment meets all my needs.”

As someone who has previously only worked out independently in typical gym settings, I am having a lot of fun going to classes at The Fit Inn. I am encouraged to try new things because I am in a safe and supportive environment where I know I don't have to feel embarrassed or intimidated. It's great to learn proper techniques and useful exercises from people who are knowledgeable and professionally trained. I can be in a class with someone much more advanced than me, yet we can both have equally enriching experiences. I think that is something that is hard to achieve in any setting but especially in a fitness class. The owners are really friendly and welcoming as are the other trainers. I also have done some personal training sessions with Molly. As someone on a postpartum fitness journey, I made a lot of progress in a short amount of time and felt like she listened to me and catered the program to my individual needs. All of these reasons make investing in sessions at The Fit Inn money well spent. I definitely recommend that you check it out!”

“Going to be 63 years old in two weeks. I was just tired of being so big! I played college sports and have a black belt in karate. Been with Jim since the beginning of the year! We laugh and have great time! I like to think of myself as one of his success stories! I lost 35 pounds in 8 weeks and will be around as long as I can! He bases his workouts on research proven methodologies, not on fads or what is going to be easy to sell. My drive to be the healthiest and fittest I can be as a 57 year old woman is powered by what I have learned from Obi and through Obi. He probably knows more about every members' ability than we do ourselves. I can honestly say, if you don't check out this gym, you are doing yourself and your family a huge disservice. You are not allowing yourself the full life (now and later) that Obi's fitness plan gives you. Beyond Obi, you will find a gym filled with amazing men and women, who cheer you on, inspire you, make you laugh, and who push you when you just want to stop. I love this place more than I can ever express.”

I get videos and, of course, the trainers are there to keep an eye on my form. I really enjoy the atmosphere, the trainers, the clientele. All devoted but not maniacally obsessed. They all inspire me but in the way that works for me: positive not negative, pushing not nagging. As an introvert, it's the most comfortable I've ever felt in a public place let alone a gym.”
