Had two prescriptions, one went to another branch. Manager and staff unwilling to transfer prescription. Such simple task, instead they were rude and unhelpful. AVOID!

Open until 10pm weekdays which is great. David (Dave?) helped me and was most kind in his assistance. I came in for specific cold / flu remedy items and he was knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure I purchased the correct meds. Bonus was I managed to use one of the many discount coupons I usually throw away with the receipt each week as they expire quickly - Thank you

I wanted to give zero start but I cannot. This is the worst pharmacy store I have ever used. Will never come here again. S**** them!

I just wanted to let people know, please check your prescription prices before purchasing from CVS. I have been purchasing medications from CVS for years and never known their high prescription prices until I switched to Optum (mail order pharmacy). My routine medications have been covered from my insurance and I didn’t need to pay anything. Then I had an emergency, I gave the doctor’s office CVS phone numbers because it was on top my head. My husband picked up the medication for me; it cost us $32.88. Later at home I complained it was expensive and he googled it. Rite aid had the cheapest price, just a bit over $6 and ShopRite’s price was around $8. Imagine, the same medication has this huge difference. Please shop around and save the money you worked hard to earn it!

It was a positive experience that a young male staffer came to my rescue at the checkout machine. That day I was exhausted and needed help. He was attentive, without attitude, and very kind to help bag all my stuff as expected. This made me a happy shopper and that the next generation can do their job well.

I didn’t like being treated like we were criminals. My partner & I were looking for pain reliever in one of the aisles when one of the store associates (around 30s, bigger, white male) came over to our aisle and very obviously pretended to be fixing something a few feet over. How do I know he was pretending? Because he was touching the same small boxes back & forth. After he left, we walked by where he was “fixing” the aisle and 3 of the boxes were not standing up and in the wrong section. Racial profiling much?

We went to this CVS pharmacy right before closing to collect an urgent prescription. We waited in line for about 5-7 minutes. My husband had a terrible and very visible case of Poison Ivy with swollen eyes and bad rash on his arms and his face. The urgent care sent a prescription for him to this CVS well before 7pm. The pharmacist, Preethi Thoma, REFUSED to fill it despite my husband being miserable, and she could see the rash and swelling on his arms and face, and we even pointed it out to her. She sent us to a 24 hour CVS instead, telling us that the prescription was not filled because it came in after closing (which was a lie), and she had transferred the prescription over. We go to the 24 hour CVS only to find that she had not transferred anything over either. They could not find it in their system. Something that should have taken 5 minutes took us over an hour. The pharmacist here does not belong in healthcare if she does not have an iota of compassion towards clearly and visibly suffering human beings.Do yourself a favor and go to the CVS pharmacy at 325 Mamaroneck avenue! They are lovely and compassionate and went out of the way, stopped what they were doing and located the prescription and filled it quickly, when they noticed the rash and swelling!

Store is ok ,only a few of the staffs are helpful & courteous . But the female Caucasian pharmacist should not be working there. She is rude, condescending and a lazy unkind person. She has NO patience . She needs to retire .

Generally speaking, everyone is friendly except this lady at the pharmacy who speaks in a condescending manner to the customers. She would ask for my name, and while I am telling her my name, I get interrupted with an attitude telling me that the computer system is not ready yet. She would also often get confused with my insurance and blame it on me that I'm not covered, when the week before I used the same insurance for the same medication. There were other incidents with her that I rather not discuss! Very unprofessional and condescending!

If I can give negative stars, I would. Terrible customer service. Pharmacist provided me with wrong quantity of my prescription and shared false information at pick up of prescription. Rude staff who were not helpful at all. I recommend to avoid this CVS location at all costs.

This store is well-stocked and the associates were friendly and helpful, especially with the self-check out machines that were acting up. I look forward to shopping here again. I'm glad it's now my closest CVS after another location closed.
