Sunday morning, 8am and the drive through ATM isn’t working. Parked and went inside the front lobby area. The indoor ATM isn’t working.This isn’t the first time the Chase ATM is out of order. It’s disappointing when the largest bank in the country can’t keep their atm machines in working order ?Do better Chase

As a customer with Chase for 16 years and a former employee I asked if I can use the bathroom after using the ATM. 2 bankers looked at each other with hesitation and one replied "sorry it's in a secured location". Now as a former employee I know for a fact that we have a bathroom for customers. How can a bank not? Just the vibe I received I feel like if I looked different I would have gotten a different response. Or maybe I'm wrong and this branch has there bathroom in the safe, if so my apologies...glad I withdraw most of my funds from here.

First, when you go inside for anything, the tellers sit behind the desk and just look at you like they're confused as to why you even there. How about you ask "How may help you" instead of looking at me confused.Second, their machines inside and the the drive thru, are ALWAYS broken/out of order/ not functioning.Third, they NEVER answer the phone.I can see why they have a such poor reviews.

Very disappointed service. Make sure you make an appointment before you walk in to get anything done. Stuffs are very ignorant. I just want to get a notary done and the amount of time we spend on negotiating is enough time to get the job done already. Instead I was ask to go home and call to make an appointment to come back again, while the lady just sits in her office and doing nothing. Not everyone has that amount of time

This Chase bank is my home branch. Everyone is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend seeing anyone at this branch ( Eddie, Nicole and all the tellers) .

Unpleasant experience while getting a simple document notarized despite being an account holder. Despite showing all proof and documents there was a reluctance on the staff behalf to notarize the document. Instead of helping, lot of unnecessary attitude.

Good location. They don't like to exchange bills for quarters unless you actually go to this bank. But they were willing to at least once.

This branch/company does not take corrective action against male employees who make physical threats and unwanted sexual remarks towards female employees, while on duty and in uniform. Nor does Chase even take such claims seriously. If you're a female customer, or employee, you may have a big lawsuit against Chase if you're sexually harassed/threatened by male Chase employees. Because the company has been made aware of the male employee and Chase refuses to do anything until said male employee "does it again"-words of Chase. Get a good lawyer!
