This bank has been closed for months now due to covid! The single ATM is not working either it’s aug now I say they closed in April! It’s crazy because banks are essential and at least have working atms so we could handle our business in an atm! No mention on the door when they will be open or when atm will be back up but I noticed this particular location was never convenient closed on Saturday And they close super early on normal days! Always been inconvenient!

My experience with the Harrison Chamber has been 100% positive. We have a small but dynamic chamber executive board team that is looking to the future and the massive potential that Harrison New York holds. I can’t wait to look back a year from now and walk down a bustling Halstead Avenue with so many more vibrant shopping options!

This bank is terrible. The only saving grace is the Branch manager. The teller supervisor Miriam is an absolute disaster with a terrible attitude - she should not have a job in customer service. I've had several negative experiences at this bank, it's not surprising that their Saturday hours got cut and now they close M-F at 5:00 pm instead of having late hours on Fridays. Not only is it inconvenient for normal full time working individuals to get the bank but the service is terrible as well. The branch manager is the only person who seems to take things seriously there.
