“Went in today to get my bracelet fixed and I explain to the gentleman how my bracelet had broke and that another jewelry store told me that I needed a new lock for my bracelet and how I would have to leave my bracelet with them for 3-4 days and the gentleman was just about to take his lunch but he offered to squeeze me in his schedule once he was done with his lunch. He told me that I did not need a new lock and that the other jewelry store was trying to scam me. I truly love doing business with people like that and that can be honest.”

I went for a watch repair that I'd been told was impossible/very costly at two other locations but the technician at Franklin Clock Shop happily performed the repair in minutes for a very low cost.
