I’m extremely upset as I am a student at Purchase college who spent over $30 to return my text books and due to the pandemic it took longer than expected I was told they cannot accept the books and that my card was charged for the rest of the payments. Months later I am receiving calls and emails all day long from FCR collections claiming I owe them money for the books and I called purchase bookstore left messages and still no one has got back to me.
