“I love the staff like family and 5 stars aren't enough. I wish people would realize how difficult the year has been for the workers and appreciate their dedication to our community. From October through December they deal with an incredible number of packages. In January they are extremely busy shipping Holiday returns but... in 2020, the pandemic hit and online orders skyrocketed causing them to work at a holiday pace ALL YEAR LONG! Some patrons complain when they show up and the doors are closed but that's only when they are short staffed and the only workers use the time for the lunch break they are entitled to. There's always a sign letting you know what time the doors will open again. If you show up, share a smile and a word of encouragement. They're wonderful people with friendly personalities.”

Usually these people are rude and disgusting for no reason. I forgot his name but he is a light skinned black man. I ship packages at least 10 times a week and I specifically stand and wait for him. He should train these incoming employees so they can see how to treat people. Give him a raise immediately!”

“Eddie helped me with my children’s passports and he made the entire process so easy. He answered questions about the paperwork and was knowledgeable about a unique situation we were dealing with. He was meticulous but everything was done quickly and perfectly. My daughter is 2 1/2 and my son is 7 months, they were both having a bad day because a lot had gone wrong, but Eddie made it brighter. He was extremely kind and patient with my both of them. In my opinion, Eddie is worth more than 5 stars.”

“I want to give a very big Thank you to Britanya for being patient, polite, professional, and thorough in assisting my family and I with our appointments. Throughout the time we were there people that entered the post office expressed frustration and made sly remarks while we were being tended to. Britanya made sure to thoroughly check all of our documents and make sure everything was in order. This was our first experience and time at this post office and she outshined her colleagues. People have this expectation when going to a post office that they'll be in and out, that's not always the case, especially when people have appointments set and/or a machine down. A little patience from fellow patrons can go along way, especially when the expectation of a certain time frame shifts. Britanya showed that and for that I'm very thankful.”

“We went in for a passport appointment for my daughter at 10 am. We got there 10 mins early (as recommended when we made the appointment) and they were very friendly and opened up a few minutes early to get started on our application. Unfortunately, there were some issues with our paperwork, but we were able to get them sorted out and still wrapped up by 10:05 am. While reviewing the application, the clerk's communication style was definitely direct (but still felt friendly) and I think helps ensure the review goes efficiently and wraps up on time.”

“I was worried about my package coming from overseas as I had a bad experience in the past ..I tried to get in touch with Pam, Mrs Perry ( no one there knows her last name )....I called several times but I couldn't get Michelle, the first lady who promised to take care of me, always someone else picking up the phone...I finally got it a month later...I was released....she was so kind in the meantime to forward all my mails...some of them were from last year...!!!”
