LifeTime fitness is being extremely irresponsible during this covid 19 virus. They gym is not sanitary and the pool should be closed. They are not taking the health of their customers or employees seriously- they should close for 2 weeks. This sheds a bad light on a gym that supposed to be platinum rated! Shame on lifeTime!!!

LifeTime fitness is proving themselves to be extremely irresponsible during the corona virus pandemic. They are not maintaining a clean environment and they should be closing for 2 weeks, but their greed is taking over their responsibility to their customers and employees! Although they have sanitizer their are many patrons not using it. This leaves everyone vulnerable! It is gross and they should be boycotted !

It's Saturday , snowing & very hard to find parking .I don't want to find out what a Saturday in summer looks like . I canceled my membership after 5 months , chances of renewal close to zero .Details below. Negatives :When I tried to cancel I was told to send a certified letter or come in person . When I opened the account , they didn't care much to see my face , I simply charged the card on line . What happens if I get transferred for work out of state or US ? Parking as multiple people have written is horrible .When I registered I specifically asked if I can bring food for my infant & eat at the cafeteria . I was told , no problem .Indoor pool is small . You don't realize it until you are 15 min plus waiting for a line to open up. When the people that have paid for classes arrive in the pool becomes even harder & you'll be forced to swim with the kids , ( which puts you in a wired position ) The second month , one of the employees from cafeteria , came & told us no food from outside allowed . ( for the big kid , we had purchased chix tenders )The 30 days policy cancellation is horrible . You will have to pay an extra month even if you are not in US, or if there are no centers on the new town or city where you transferred . LT CASH if you use it for classes automatically you have registered for that class . If you don't cancel 30 days policy applies here . In my case I don't use the LT CASH for this reason . I can't keep track of cancelations until is too late .Positives :Stuff most of the time is polite .Facility most of the time is clean , especially early in the the day.Equipment are newish but some started to show their wear & tear .Opens super early & closes super .Child center is/was the best thing for us .

Even though I have a Diamond Club membership, the manager trying to restrict me from entering saying that this gym is Diamond Signature and I have to cough up some more money to use the gym. My family and I have been a loyal member for past 6 years and this is the way they try to squeeze more money out of me, I may have to change. I don't see the difference between Diamond Signature and regular Diamond in the website.

I sent an email to LifeTime managers. Managers are very friendly and helpful. I got my refund of this accidental charge.

Not worth $200/month. I honestly don't even know if I would pay half that; it's that bad! They'll try to nickel and dime you out of every little thing. Facilities are just dirty.

LIFETIME ATHLETIC is like that hot guy you dated in your youth. He treated you like crap, and you took it, but at a certain point, you realized that life is too short and he is not worth it. You can't get those years back, but at least you made it out with a story to tell. I know, I know...I said I was going to end my membership a couple of years ago, but I fell victim to the desire to hang out with my friends and be where the "cool kids" are. Don't make the same mistake that I did. I can never get that TIME or MONEY back. Learn from my mistakes. I stuck it out through it all. A ridiculously expensive personal trainer who used our sessions to complain about her baby daddy, third world restrooms, the filth, the class cancellations for an inch of snow, the parking, the ridiculous policies that change constantly, the list goes on and on. I have finally reached the end of my tether. Last year I received an email stating that my dues were being increased....(wait a minute, they can do that?)...going from an already ridiculous $159 to $170. Ok I said, do the math in my head, it's only a small increase, so I decide to try to stick with it. Well, fast forward a year, and I receive the dreaded increase email again. This time jumping from $170 to $182. Nope, this is where I draw the line. Even if I went to the gym 5 days a week, I can't justify this cost considering what I'm getting for my money. Lack of parking, dirty facility, APATHETIC STAFF! Yes LIFETIME, I used angry caps on purpose. Not everything is sub par there. Some of the instructors are amazing. Jaime, Veronica, Myrna, Jodi, Christina...AMAZING!!!! They were the main reason that I continued, probably even more motivating than the lure of the occasional class with my friends. So long LIFETIME. I've never been so happy to end a bad relationship.

Let's see where to start. The place is an abortion of a gym. Trainers are pathetic at best. Equipment is average or below. All this is is a place to vacuum out your pockets. They care nothing about anything but money. In fact one of their employees sexually harassed a member and they didn't fire her. More than likely bc she was a popular trainer. The manager of the facility is worthless. Her concerns are about money only. Not safety. The services have sadly declined. Pay less and go elsewhere for subpar service and staffing.

Way to much money for what it is. There is never parking anywhere so people make their own spots in the middle of aisles. My car was backed into in the lot and the cameras in their light poles r fake so they couldn't do anything about it. Morons.

Going South fast and not in a good way. Everything and I mean everything is about wringing more $ from its members. I was told when joining last year that Chappaqua members would not be allowed to use this club-it would not be in the same tier. Well it appears to make up for the long delayed opening in Chappaqua, it is in the same tier. Westchester/Harrison club is oversold and the poor attendants in the women's locker room are responsible for every bathroom and the increased laundry from the new adult pool which is MORE MONEY PER MONTH!!!! No toilet paper, no towels on some days and the children members run around without parental supervision. Why would a parent allow their kids to smear shaving cream all over the shower stalls and LEAVE IT THERE! Come on already and discipline your kids.Thinking if this is the way LT cares about its members-how will it respond as a condo developer. No one cares here about members issues, just the member's dollars.Be prepared to shell out $$$$ for everything now!

This isn't a gym or pool as much as it's a place with exercise equipment that try's to suck every last penny out of you. Fees to join, fees to go to the pool after you join, fees to quit! We've finally had enough. But even with a membership on hold, they require 30 days to cancel, so 1 more month of hold fees. The only reason this isn't 1 star is because the facility is in great shape. But great shape only goes so far. It's by no means, a great value. If I want to bring my 7 year old to the pool in the summer, she has to become a full member at $100 per month.. If money is no object, this is your place. But for a family on a budget, you will feel like you are getting nickeled and dimed with your membership.

The place is amazing!! Motivation and knowledgeable instructors everywhere you turn. You can take heated yoga or classes with barbells and other weights. No matter what you do, you will reach your goals if you just simple go! The eucalyptus steam room is my favorite part of the experience when I come down after a workout.
