The owners, Joe and Lewis, are so friendly and very helpfully talked me through my car’s problems. They didn’t even judge me for driving an ‘08 Elantra! (One day I’ll have a car that’s a little less embarrassing…one day!)
My car was in and out of their shop in less than a day and is running better than ever. The price was reasonable and the customer service can’t be beat. I thought all the five-star reviews HAD to be too good to be true but here I am leaving one myself! Top to bottom a great experience. I look forward to becoming a lifelong customer!

I have had two fantastic experiences with the LaVigna Bros. They did great work, were very thorough, and the pricing was fair and reasonable (and certainly lower than what I had been paying at the dealership). I brought the car in for its annual servicing and in addition to the excellent servicing, they outlined all the future red flags for my car, and then didn't try to sell me anything. It was just, "So you're aware, here's some stuff to keep an eye on that will probably need to happen eventually." I suspected my battery was in bad shape, which they confirmed (they had double checked it without me even mentioning it), and then gave me an estimate of how much longer I could go safely on the current battery. I do recommend making an appointment. They work quite fast, but they are very popular, for obvious reasons. Still, I told them I needed my car by 4 to pick up my son, and they had it done well before then. The guys are lovely to talk to, friendly and funny, and they do great work.

I know enough about car repair to know an honest and fair service provider and Lavigna is tops. Joe, Louis and their mechanics are tremendous. They are highly proficient technically and are thorough.The business is a throwback to a different era when business was done on a handshake and customer relationship meant more than a number printed on an invoice. I highly recommend this business.
