I only wish they would be a little more forthcoming when I first went to tell me about the minimum that I paid several dollars for empty weight and one time when I brought my teenager stuff in a separate bag and ask them separate they didn’t tell me. They are always friendly and welcoming when I go in and all my cleaning has gotten done on time and looks fantastic. If they cannot get a stain out they will let you know what the issue was. According to their website they use "Green Cleaning" which also seems like a good thing-WHAT IS GREEN CLEANING? Green cleaning involves using a solvent that is healthier and non-toxic to the environment. Although gentle to fabric, it is effective enough to deliver the highest level of cleaning performance. It provides effective environmental protection as it's non-toxic, uses non-hazardous material and is biodegradable.
