I love coming here. They close early but you should definitely plan your day accordingly in order to make it here.I love stopping here for fresh food, baked goods and vegetables. Their donuts are always very fresh. I can't wait to stop here again.If you drive by when they're open, I recommend trying their donuts!

I have been coming here literally, my entire life,totally family owned and operated as long as i can remember and consistent for 60 yearshere .This place has their own farm upstate and you cannot beat the quality and freshness of their produce.Best sweet corn you will ever have!! I wait all year for it. THOUGH PRICEY, everything there is amazing and worth it.go!!!

I wanted apple cider donuts post hike to treat myself & came across Acorn! At first, I almost missed it - it's a small store on the side of the road! For $1 a donut, you can't beat the price! They have plain, cinnamon sugar & powdered! I got all 3 and was in a nice food coma! They are delicious & bite size so it can be dangerous!! (Did I almost eat a whole dozen by myself? Yes - do I regret it? Not at all!)

Come here for the freshly made apple cider donuts. You'll thank me later. After avoiding long lines at a few farms further north in Westchester, this place was a welcome change. We came on a Sunday afternoon and there were just a few people ahead of us. The line moved quickly and the person in front of me ordered a dozen. Now I know why. They're constantly churning out freshly made donuts that are hot, crispy on the outside, soft inside and delicious. At a dollar a pop, you can't go wrong. We tried the regular and cinnamon sugar but they also have powdered (all with an apple cider donut base). Next time I'll try all 3. I'll definitely be back before the season is over.
