Jennifer & Karine (assistant manager) were extraordinarily helpful, knowledgeable & charming. They provided me with sale pricing and details about the care of fabrics. Jennifer offered to put my clothes in the dressing room while I continued to shop, as my arm became weighted down with a large pile of clothes for consideration. Eileen Fisher, at Woodbury Centre, is an inviting store with great pricing & a welcoming staff. I plan to return many more times in the future.”
“Literally one of the best costumer service experiences I’ve ever had was here at this Frette location with Toni and Lori. I’m a big fan of Frette and have been using their bedding for years. Recently I had an issue with some bed sheets I had bought here.I called and Toni and Lori helped me resolve my issue and I was able to get a replacement within 24 hours. I can’t thank them enough for their help and highly recommend getting all your bedding necessities at this location.”

“The overall quality of clothes is decent but some items are better quality than others. They also need to work on having better designs. Most of men’s shirts and T-shirts are ugly and the ones I would wear, don’t have my size! Some items are also way overpriced. Some workers are friendly others are not!”

“On Sept 7, we shopped at AG jeans, at Woodberry Comons. The sales staff could not be any nicer, in particular Danielle, she went above and beyond helping us. Two persons trying jeans, she showed us as many styles as possible, going up and down the ladder and helping us with the different styles, color and materials. Koodos to Danielle making it a great shopping experience. Prices were great.”

“One of the best Old Navy experiences I've had. Everything including the clearance section was in order. The employee was mopping and cleaning up the floors and fitting area. You could smell the cleaning supplies. The young girl employee even got me a size of pants I asked for and brought it to the fitting room. The manager was phenomenal! She greeted everyone upon entrance and was available but not annoying. You can tell she was on it. I didn't expect the store to look that good the day after Christmas. I'd definitely go back there simply bc I can find everything and the employees are kind and reliable.”

“Does this sales team of purely amazing individuals even realize that they are my best friends in the whole wide world? Probably not but that's okay, in my own head we are all besties.I went in last evening very close to closing and although they were extremely busy with organizing the store for an important corporate visit and also attending to a bit of a picky customer, they could not have been more attentive and accommodating.Ralyn, who is one of their incredible sales professionals usually assists me but with her being engaged with another customer, others on the sales team jumped in to help me, including their lovely store manager, who I might add, definitely sets the harmonious tone for this store. “i adore this store. I haven't been here in some time, and i don't remember the last time i purchased something here because the truth be told, it is not an everyday purchase. The quality and craftsmanship of these shirts is timeless. The white button downs with the ruffles will be a standard in your wardrobe today and 20 years from now. My friend and i walked in to do a bit of window shopping and were greeted by warm staff, glasses of wine and even warmer donuts hot off the donut truck in the courtyard. “I have been to Harriman Clothing in the past for a formal dress and was there recently for my daughter's wedding. This was the most amazing experience shopping for a dress! The sales associate, Lois Elise was so welcoming and knowledgeable when helping me find the perfect dress that suited my body type! They always have a beautiful selection of dresses and my daughter and I went in with about 7 pictures from their website of dresses we wanted to see. Lois pulled each of those dresses for me but also added one that she said would be perfect for me and had me try that one first. Perfect it was!!! I still tried all the ones we had picked but nothing compared to the dress she picked out. It was not only flattering but was very elegant.
