I have been to Harriman Clothing in the past for a formal dress and was there recently for my daughter's wedding. This was the most amazing experience shopping for a dress! The sales associate, Lois Elise was so welcoming and knowledgeable when helping me find the perfect dress that suited my body type! They always have a beautiful selection of dresses and my daughter and I went in with about 7 pictures from their website of dresses we wanted to see. Lois pulled each of those dresses for me but also added one that she said would be perfect for me and had me try that one first. Perfect it was!!! I still tried all the ones we had picked but nothing compared to the dress she picked out. It was not only flattering but was very elegant. I am so thankful that we got to work with Lois and would highly recommend to all who are looking for an evening, wedding or special occasion dress to go to Harriman Clothing and ask for LoisElise. She is not only knowledgeable and professional but she is also funny and a genuinely kind person, a rare gem in today's world.

I have been going to this store for over 20 years and it never fails me! Lois was amazing in helping me find a last minute dress for a wedding I have next week. She was honest and she made shopping fun!

Lois was amazing! She helped me find the perfect dress for my son’s upcoming wedding. I went to at least 10 other dress stores…. she was the most helpful and patient. Can’t recommend going there enough- especially if Lois helps you!

I can’t say enough about my experience today . I stopped in to look for a mother of the bride dress. Lois was unbelievable- listened and looked at pictures. I fell in love with the first dress I tried on! It was exactly what I had pictured . Each dress she pulled was also a contender, so much fun trying them all on! This was only my second shopping trip and Lois totally understood . But I truly did not want to take off the first one and I could not imagine finding anything better and my husband agreed! My daughter was able to join the appointment virtually and it felt like she was there! The owner Maddy was a pleasure and explained next steps . I feel so comfortable knowing that they are taking care of all the details. I highly recommend this shop !!!!

My older brother usually comes here for work boots and other things of that nature, I had NO IDEA they sold prom dresses until earlier this week.My mother and I drove up after many failed attempts at finding prom dresses elsewhere. I left the previous places feeling defeated, even ended up crying at one, but when I came here I left feeling absolutely fantastic. When we arrived we were welcomed in with smiles and open arms. The women working here clearly love their jobs which creates a very comfortable environment.Each time I walked out of the dressing room I was complimented regardless of how I felt in the dress. The ladies helping me (Maddy and Lois) were absolutely wonderful. I walked in with an idea of a modest dress because I was shy, and feeling insecure. But I later left feeling beautiful, wearing a dress I never thought I would ever have the confidence to even try.If you decide to go PLEASE just let these ladies do what they do best and pick out the dresses for you, I promise you'll end up finding the perfect dress. Special thanks to Lois Elise. Your kind words really made a difference in a way I don't think you'll ever understand. I'm usually very self conscious and insecure but you helped in making me feel like a princess. I haven't felt that confident in a long time.

We had such a wonderful bridesmaid dress experience today here. Right as we walked in Lois, our fashion consultant, treated us amazingly. She made us feel comfortable and most important beautiful. Lois helped to make it an even better memory for my mom, best friend and bridesmaids because she treated us like family. She made you laugh and very second she put a smile on your face. We ended up leaving with more than just the bridesmaid dresses because there are so many great finds! I got a more casual dress too! Definitely come here to find bridesmaid dresses, prom dresses, or for any special occasion! And do not forget to ask for Lois!If you go just for casual or work clothes everyone else is super kind and helpful.The owner Maddie is also amazing and very helpful!A place like this with the staff that they have is unlike any other place! A must stop and a must shop!Thank you for a wonderful time from start to finish! We will see you soon!

Meg and Tricia were so helpful, kind, and caring when it came to a dress shopping experience for a wedding in just a few days. I found a dress and was able to have it altered in about an hour. I would recommend them to ANYONE! A great selection of dresses, shoes, and any other accessories you would need for a wedding. Please go and visit them! You will have no regrets!!! Thank you again ladies!?

Came here with my mom to try on mother of the groom dresses, the older woman helped us out. She didn't ask what my mom what she was looking for. She didn't ask us any preferences and even after my mom expressed what she was looking for, she ignored us and proceeded to pulling unsatisfactory dresses. We wanted to take a look around and the lady helping us looked annoyed and said "if you're just going to look around then come get me when you've finished.' Very rude. She almost seemed offended when we didn't like the dresses she was pulling. She also told us any dress on the left side of the store would take at least 14 weeks to come, and that if we liked a certain dress, she couldn't even guarantee when it would be in by. While trying on dresses, she made somewhat rude comments about my mom's body type which I found extremely distasteful. I also wasn't allowed to zipper any of the dresses for my mom even though the lady helping us walked away when she came out of the dressing room a few times and left my mom standing there with a dress half open. After trying on 5 dresses that we were not enthused with, my mom finally found a decent one only to be told she had to buy the floor sample which my mom didn't love the idea of. She said that she wasn't interested in buying a sample since so many people have tried it on and the sales lady told us "buying the sample would actually hurt her since people might want to come and try on that dress and they wouldn't have it anymore." I just thought someone in sales should have better people skills and actually listen to their customers. Needless to say, we won't be coming back, nor will I be recommending this place to anyone.

The selection of clothing was fantastic.However, the shopping experience was a bit uncomfortable. The staff were a bit overbearing and i felt were constantly staring or standing right next to me and my girlfriend while we were shopping.
