There is a really nosey and intrusive cashier that works here. Makes me want to not go back. The level of nosey-ness and general desperation for any information she can obtain about a person is unreal. It's personally offensive. Can't believe she hasn't been fired from the sheer level of nosey-ness.

Awful! What kind of big-chain pharmacy these days has no Saturday hours? Have to get a prescription to a family member out there urgently, on a Saturday, and have to wait until Monday for it to open.

The pharmacy wait times are beyond awful! Unfortunately, they are the only pharmacy on the preferred list of my Part D plan that is within 30 miles in this rural area (they are 21.9 miles from my house). They NEED to do something about their wait times...45 minutes for 15 pills???? I had already waited in line for 20 minutes just to turn in my script and had to leave it there to be picked up another time; thankfully I had a few left at home and could do that, but what if I didn't? Spending over an hour to wait for a script (plus another 45 minutes to an hour total drive time) is ridiculous. And there's always a significant wait time even if your script was called in. One woman who was in front of me had been there for over an hour!

I always shop at rite aid for my prescriptions and for household items and I always get a discount with my plenti card. Great place to shop

Check on your prescriptions they tell you 15 minutes you go pick it up at half hour later they tell you another 15 minutes place needs to get their act together

I go through Hancock NY to go to Pennsylvania all the time and I stopped at that rite aid to pee and get a drink today I am told they don't have public restrooms. Who knew...right??? â€â™€ï¸ I mean, what rite aid don't have bathrooms for there customers.the woman was extremely rude!! I definitely won't be going there ever again, they just lost me as a customer!!
