The Hancock House Hotel is a nice hotel in the quaint town of Hancock. It is an absolutely beautiful place with a historical character and recent renovations. The rooms are consistently described as big, great, clean, very comfortable, very quiet, and spacious, though some note they could use some updating. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, attentive, and very accommodating. The hotel features convenient amenities on its first floor, including a restaurant, bar, and coffee shop. The bar, Honest Eddie's, is a great little spot that gets a good crowd. Food and drinks are good and very good, with a good bar and breakfast menu; meals are delicious and service is very good. Guests feel very safe, with secure doors locked nightly. The hotel is recommended for a visit, stay, and eat, with many guests stating they would not hesitate to recommend it to others. It is a great place for nearby activities like fishing and hunting in the Upper Delaware River area.
Everything and everyone including food service hospitality our room is immaculate,I can't say enough about how satisfied I am already and my first day out of three...I highly highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone looking for a enjoyable relaxing weekend.

Had such an amazing time that we decided to stay and extra day. The staff was amazing, restaurant served rather good food and the bar downstairs was awesome. Great hotel in a beautiful, small town.
