This is the first towing company that actually really hep us !!!
Talked to a George extremely helpful,
We had a unit that when on derate 5 mph the unit was on a rural road with not much traffic and was kind of bad area not to many options around. After calling over 5 different company's I was able to reach George since the star of the conversation he was willing to help us no matter what.
My idea was to tow the unit to a truck stop and them to move the driver to a hotel
The distance from the brake down to the truck stop was around 80 ~ miles app.
While talking to George and explaining him the plan he immediately suggested to towed to his own yard that way the truck and the trailer will be on a safe spot also they will accommodate my driver to a hotel near by so we end up doing that.

Used their heavy wrecker service. The operator was very knowledgeable, and he seemed very experienced. I feel like price wise, they are probably the same a any wrecker service. Quick response time also. Overall, it was a good experience to make a bad day better. ?

We broke down in the of middle of the Catskills with a 23ft camper. George from Don Oralls Garage rescued us, taking our truck, camper, and us back to their garage. Within an on hour of having the truck we were back on the road! These folks understand service and how to make a potentially frustrating day into a better day. Oh by the way this was on a Sunday!! They were an hour from where we broke down but the only shop open and more than willing to help. i am from queens n,y but i have a house and properties in hancock n,y since 1979, i have accumulated a lot of equipment and do my own repairs projects and maintenance , me being an auto mechanic all my life repairing a dozer ,tractor , mower , tiller cement mixer , was no problem till i reached the age of 80 , getting to my experience with oralls garage in hancock ny, a month ago after using my backhoe and the last minute before i have to go back to queens that evening for an important event in next couple of days when i go to park the backhoe last minute i noticed the rear 28" tube tire flat, in a quick checking i found a nail in it , i call oralls garage the lady was very pleasant bring it in now she said it is 3: pm late , i am only 5 miles away so i had drop in off there and continued for queens , i was to be called the next day, at 2: pm no hear yet so i called, i was tolled will be called back in a minute no hear from second time , called the 3rd day the answer was hold on , i am on hold for 20 minutes then the lady relates what the mechanic told her and that was my friend you need a new tire , all 4 tires was replaced a year ago but trying to sell $500.00 tire because of a 1/2" cut on one of the 2" tall thread , the mechanic don't know that i can teach him the trade, so i purchased a set of inner tube patches for $10.00 the next day i pecked it up and it take me 20 minutes to remove the tube and glue a patch over a pin hole and put it together and back on the tractor, the bosses are ok the office is ok, but the some of the mechanics looks like they working on commission , so those shops i do not trust.

My son was on his way back to college and had an accident. Orall’s garage showed up and towed him to their shop. I was an 1hr 30 min away. They stayed with my son till I arrived. But so far from home we took a chance and let Orall’s garage do the work. They kept me up to date on all the work being done and the time frame to be completed. They worked with my insurance company and sent me all work quotes. Pat the shop manager was outstanding and went above and beyond to get my sons car completed. The car came out perfect and considering I never used them before they treated me like a life long customer. I definitely recommend Don Orall’s garage to anyone who needs work done, honest and reliable shop.
