I couldn't be happier about my experience with Village Auto Body. The quality of their repair work was excellent, and they completed the repair for less than the original estimate. When they returned the car, it was spotless. They're the only body shop that I would use.

It’s more important now than ever to have an auto body shop on your side who speaks the language of insurance adjusters. GEICO and Allstate are run by mouth-breathing iPad kids. If you don’t have Village going to bat for you, that virgin from the Progressive commercials is going to wipe your checking account on a hidden deductible rate and make you drive your Tanger laps in a tricolor Volvo with riveted headlight brackets. My great-grandfather didn’t storm the beaches of Japan for this (he was not an American citizen at the time of World War 2). The only defense against the oxygen death of Private Equity acquisition of vital resources like auto insurance in this godforsaken hellscape is a small business run by intelligent people who care about the outcome. Village cares and does the right work.
The best auto body shop on Long Island. I’ve been a customer for years, and I trust I trust Village to fix my car and deal with the insurance company on my behalf. Top marks.

Joe from Village Auto Body is an absolute powerhouse. He runs an establishment that is straightforward, fair in pricing, efficient, and, most importantly, the most ethical body shop we have ever dealt with.
On the Fourth of July, I was involved in a car accident and needed to replace my bumper. When we reached Village Auto Body, I was asked to bring the car in for an analysis, which took no more than 5 minutes. Within a week, Joe called me to bring in the car to install the new bumper. Within 24 hours, it was ready for pick-up.

Awesome Service! My Rental car was provided while my car was undergoing repair. It was delivered directly to the Shop! The staff was always friendly and kept me well informed of the repair process. Excellent!
