Verizon store. The service is amazing. I was switching service from another carrier. I arrived at the store later and had lots of info to transfer to the new phone. The manager Ray stayed until the job was done. The was professional and polite providing incredible customer service.....he closed the store over a hour after regular closing time. ? ????

My husband & I went into the Verizon Hampton Bays store today needing to replace his phone as it was lost this morning. Ray helped us within one hour, with intelligence, professionalism and kindness. He was able to make a very frustrating problem solved quickly as we will receive a new phone via mail service within two days. A wonderful
